Het verkopen van een huis op deze manier was voor mij in het begin best spannend. Het ging om een beleggingswoning op afstand, en juist daarin zijn we uitstekend geadviseerd. Niks was te veel, communicatie was helder en snel, en het resultaat was indrukwekkend: het huis was razendsnel verkocht met een grote hoeveelheid biedingen. Wat ik echt als een groot voordeel heb ervaren, is dat je zelf de regie houdt over het proces. Dit zorgt voor direct en persoonlijk contact met potentiële kopers, en maakt het hele traject transparanter voor alle partijen. Dat is iets wat je bij traditionele makelaars vaak mist. Ik heb meerdere woningen via makelaars verkocht, maar dit concept steekt daar echt bovenuit. Huisportaal stelt absoluut niet teleur. Sterker nog: een tweede woning staat inmiddels alweer via hen in de verkoop en er gaan er zeker nog meer volgen. Tip: neem het Move-account erbij. Dat maakt het online biedproces echt overzichtelijk en soepel. Kortom: twijfel je nog? Gewoon doen. De traditionele makelaar gaat nooit dezelfde kennis, betrokkenheid en passie hebben voor jouw woning als jijzelf en dit voor fractie van de kosten.

Wat een geweldige ervaring om ons huis te verkopen met HuisPortaall! We vonden het een uitkomst om bijna alles rond de verkoop van ons huis zelf te doen, met uitzondering van een paar onderdelen waar HuisPortaal.nl uitstekende ondersteuning heeft geleverd. De communicatie verliep super, we zijn goed meegenomen in het hele proces en er werd uitstekend meegedacht. We denken dat iedereen zijn huis voortaan via Huisportaal zou verkopen als ze wisten hoe makkelijk en fijn dat is, en hoe absurd veel geld dat scheelt.

Very bad company. You request a viewing and they simply don't respond

Beste Rik, vervelend om te horen dat je geen reactie hebt ontvangen op je bezichtigingsaanvraag. Dat is natuurlijk niet de ervaring die je hoopt te hebben. Wij zijn een internetmakelaar. Dat betekent dat verkopers en verhuurders zelf verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheren van hun woning en het contact met geïnteresseerden. Wij hebben daardoor helaas geen invloed op hoe snel of op welke manier zij reageren. In jouw geval ging het om een huurwoning waarvoor meer dan 600 aanvragen zijn binnengekomen. We begrijpen dat het teleurstellend is als je dan geen persoonlijk antwoord ontvangt, maar het is voor de verhuurder in zo’n situatie simpelweg niet haalbaar om iedereen individueel te benaderen. We vinden het jammer dat je ervaring hierdoor negatief is geweest. We nemen je feedback serieus en blijven ons inzetten voor een duidelijke communicatie en een goede gebruikservaring via ons platform.

I was interested in buying a house in Baarn last week on May 1st, 2025... I sent the real estate agent from huisportaal 2 x an email / viewing request! Now, after 5 days, I still haven't received any response! My conclusion is poor moreover, I definitely wouldn't choose this realtor! Certainly not if I were to sell my own house either! As a supplement to the reaction from huis portaal, they can’t do anything; the house owner must respond themselves! Well... you have some strange people then!

It was somewhat exciting to sell our house in this way, but it was more than worth it twice over. Daan and Huisportaal excellently helped with the entire process, which resulted in a sale above expectations where we significantly saved on the conventional real estate agent's brokerage fee of 1% ex VAT. Although the platform still has some minor proverbial teething problems here and there, Daan helped us to our full satisfaction. Always easily accessible, thoughtful, and friendly. I would definitely sell through HuisPortaal again.

Although it's still quite a bit of work, especially administratively, this is also the case with a ‘real’ estate agent. Once you have filled this in, the real work begins: scheduling appointments and personally showing potential buyers around your house. The reactions were almost always positive, because you (normally) can tell more about your own house than an agent. Moreover, the house was sold and I saved myself paying a considerable commission! Reconnecting with Daan also went smoothly, even in moments when coordination was needed. Thanks!

I really can't believe that selling a house can be so easy, super fast and extremely cheaper. Through Huisportaal I got a good deal including photo recordings, valuation, online placement, advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Within days after online placement I received a stream of viewings and within a few days with a good overvalue the property was sold. Always answers questions and is always super fast in answering. For specific questions, good and fast support via phone or email from Daan, perhaps faster than with a regular broker. Apartment sold in the higher price range and apartment rented at a higher price too. I can recommend it to everyone. A lot of money kept on hold.

I've already responded to a few houses that have been on Funda for more than a year, not received a single response once. I suspect this house remained listed on Funda after the sale.

Actually, they list your property on Funda. Otherwise, no service regarding what they promise, such as negotiating and answering all questions. Sometimes they also get in the way because they don't want to list the correct number of m2 on Funda to cover themselves while they are wrong. Their agreement that they had compiled for me is also freely downloadable via the internet. Occasionally a bit rude and brazen. Extra services you buy from them, such as a sold sticker, are only delivered until you call them frequently. The real estate agent didn't negotiate for me and I did everything myself and sold the property myself. It was just expensive Funda placement and that’s it. But still much cheaper than a proper real estate agency.

A great party to cheaply sell your house yourself. The service and security are poor. You really have to do almost everything yourself, don't expect too much support.
