Appointment made with Huisportaal and no confirmation received. Called to see if the appointment could proceed. I would be called back. No call received. Then called again. Told that the real estate agent was busy, but he would call. He still needs to call. The appointment has long passed and the house is no longer on Funda. Via Huisportel I did indeed receive via phone that the real estate agent would contact me. Huisportel must themselves check whether the seller has contacted the interested party. If that is not the case, Huisportel can again contact the seller. The interested party does not have the seller's phone number.

This means that sellers and landlords themselves are responsible for contacting interested parties and scheduling viewings. We therefore have no influence on the speed or manner of follow-up. The situation described, that an agent from us would call back or confirm the appointment, is therefore also not correct.

Selling a house in this way was quite exciting for me at first. It was about a distant investment property, and precisely in that area we are excellently advised. Nothing was too much, the communication was clear and fast, and the result was impressive: the house was sold incredibly quickly with a large number of offers. What I really experienced as a major advantage is that you yourself retain control over the process. This ensures direct and personal contact with potential buyers, making the entire process more transparent for all parties involved. That's something you often miss with traditional real estate agents. I have sold several houses through agents, but this concept definitely stands out above the rest. Huisportaal certainly does not disappoint. In fact: a second house is already being sold through them again and there will certainly be more to follow. Tip: include the Move-account. That makes the online bidding process really clear and smooth. In short: still hesitating? Just go for it. The traditional real estate agent will never have the same knowledge, involvement and passion for your house as you yourself and this for a fraction of the cost.

What an amazing experience selling our house with HuisPortaall! We found it a relief to do almost everything ourselves around the sale of our house, except for a few parts where HuisPortaal.nl provided excellent support. The communication was super, we were well informed throughout the entire process and there was great consideration. Very bad company. You request a viewing and they simply don't respond

That means that sellers and landlords themselves are responsible for managing their property and contacting interested parties. I was interested in buying a house in Baarn last week on May 1st, 2025... I sent the real estate agent from huisportaal 2 x an email / viewing request! Now, after 5 days, I still haven't received any response! My conclusion is poor moreover, I definitely wouldn't choose this realtor! Certainly not if I were to sell my own house either! As a supplement to the reaction from huis portaal, they can’t do anything; the house owner must respond themselves! Well... you have some strange people then!

Super formula to sell your house with in this time. After registering the property, a member of staff contacted me directly. Easy to upload all data, photos and other documents to the Mijn HuisPortaal environment. The property appears very quickly on Funda and you automatically forward potential buyers. In addition, they assisted me in the negotiations and took care of the legal settlement of the purchase agreement. This formula saves you thousands of euros in (unnecessary) estate agent fees and the fun part you do yourself: the viewings!

It was somewhat exciting to sell our house in this way, but it was more than worth it twice over. Daan and Huisportaal excellently helped with the entire process, which resulted in a sale above expectations where we significantly saved on the conventional real estate agent's brokerage fee of 1% ex VAT. Although the platform still has some minor proverbial teething problems here and there, Daan helped us to our full satisfaction. Always easily accessible, thoughtful, and friendly. Although it's still quite a bit of work, especially administratively, this is also the case with a ‘real’ estate agent. Once you have filled this in, the real work begins: scheduling appointments and personally showing potential buyers around your house. The reactions were almost always positive, because you (normally) can tell more about your own house than an agent. Moreover, the house was sold and I saved myself paying a considerable commission! Reconnecting with Daan also went smoothly, even in moments when coordination was needed. Thanks!

I really can't believe that selling a house can be so easy, super fast and extremely cheaper. Through Huisportaal I got a good deal including photo recordings, valuation, online placement, advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Within days after online placement I received a stream of viewings and within a few days with a good overvalue the property was sold. Always answers questions and is always super fast in answering. Good site and excellent support. Good site, clear, text easy to adjust later by the seller (me) and quickly processed back onto the site. For specific questions, good and fast support via phone or email from Daan, perhaps faster than with a regular broker. Apartment sold in the higher price range and apartment rented at a higher price too. I can recommend it to everyone. A lot of money kept on hold.

I've already responded to a few houses that have been on Funda for more than a year, not received a single response once. I suspect this house remained listed on Funda after the sale.

Actually, they list your property on Funda. Otherwise, no service regarding what they promise, such as negotiating and answering all questions. Sometimes they also get in the way because they don't want to list the correct number of m2 on Funda to cover themselves while they are wrong. Their agreement that they had compiled for me is also freely downloadable via the internet. Occasionally a bit rude and brazen. Extra services you buy from them, such as a sold sticker, are only delivered until you call them frequently. The real estate agent didn't negotiate for me and I did everything myself and sold the property myself. It was just expensive Funda placement and that’s it. But still much cheaper than a proper real estate agency.
