In recent years, various homes have been bought/sold through Babs Persoons, but the promised cure and pay was never repaid. During the sale of a property, start-up costs were charged. These were paid but not refunded upon the final sale !. However, the invoice for start-up costs was re-presented to the notary for payment when selling the apartment. This invoice was then withdrawn, but the outstanding start-up costs (eur 900) that I paid have never been reimbursed. There has been consultation about this, but no reimbursement. A negative point regarding the experience with Mr. R.HEEMSKERK and Babs Persoons.
