Zeer te spreken over de heer Lankamp en deze firma. Denkt graag mee in oplossingen en is zeer flexibel. Vorig jaar zocht ik een kantoorruimte en zou moeten wachten tot 1 januari om in het desbetreffende kantoor te kunnen intrekken. De heer Langkamp kwam met een vervangende oplossing om een ruimte te huren tot 1 januari en vervolgens over te gaan naar het nieuwe kantoor. Erg te spreken en positief over deze firma!

Ik bezit een groot aantal woningen in Amsterdam Zuid en Amstelveen. Zo’n 32 jaar geleden verzorgt Amsterdam Housing er voor dat ik goede huurders heb. Allereerst plaatsen zij mijn woning op Funda. Ook melden zij mijn huis aan bij hun vaste relaties. Bedrijven in de regio Amsterdam die buitenlandse werknemers hebben. Vervolgens bezoeken zij mijn huis met gegadigden. Deze gegadigden zijn uitgebreid gescreend door Amsterdam Housing. Zijn wij het eens met de huurder dan stellen zij de huurovereenkomst op. Dan volgt de in-check. Bij die gelegenheid wordt een rapport gemaakt met een foto rapportage. Juist die foto’s zijn van belang. Naderhand kan niemand zeggen “dat was al zo”. De sleutel krijgt de huurder na betaling van de borg en 1 maand uur. Amsterdam Housing berekent de huurder niets. Veel bemiddelaars vragen de huurder wel om een courtage. Maar dat mag niet en hoort niet. Vertrekt de huurder dan zorgt Amsterdam Housing voor de check-out. Er wordt een eindrapport gemaakt. Amsterdam Housing rekent 1 maand huur voor al haar werk. Ik vind dit helemaal niet veel. Ik weet hoeveel werk het is. In de ruim 32 jaar dat ik met hen samenwerk heb geen enkel probleem gehad. In tegendeel. Heb altijd prima huurders gehad. Natuurlijk, er gaat wel eens wat stuk. Maar ik ken veel gevallen waarbij een huis in korte tijd volledig werd uitgewoond of dat een huurder een crimineel bleek te zijn.
