Ik betwijfel of loft makelaars de juiste plek is om je woning te verkopen. Heb meerdere malen geprobeerd een bezichtiging afspraak te maken voor een woning die al een tijd tekoop staat. Dan zou je denken dat de eigenaar er mogelijk toch een keer vanaf wil? Of dat hij/zij zich afvraagt waarom er zo weinig intressen is? Dan heb je hierbij de reden. Helaas tot op heden nog steeds de woning niet bekeken.

Do not collaborate with them. They agree on prices with you and send invoices after the assignment that are much higher than agreed upon. They are scammers!

Al onze opdrachten worden pas uitgevoerd nadat er overeenstemming is over de prijs en de betaaltermijn. Wij voelen ons wel vrij om na meerdere betalingsherinneringen, niet nakoming van afspraken, kortom chronische non- betaling van een openstaande factuur, deze over te dragen aan een incassobureau. Dan komen er gezien het extra werk en de aldoor niet nakoming van betaling van een openstaande factuur, kosten bij die niet in de oorspronkelijk opdracht stonden.

Unfortunately, not very happy about the loft brokers. There was supposed to be a project coming from an old primary school, which would then be raffled off. We have already waited quite some time and frequently contacted them, only to repeatedly hear that they would be raffled. I myself was just looking on Funda to see if anything might become available again by chance. And then I saw that they were suddenly listed on Funda. Later we received an email stating that they would be sold further via Funda. We waited two years for this and naturally find it very unfortunate because another opportunity has passed us by.. Furthermore, they did speak to me politely on the phone when I contacted them to check what the status was.
