This purchasing broker was recommended by my mortgage advisor. Everything was well explained in advance about what I could expect and what the costs would be for it. Good account has been taken of my wishes, and for me it was very nice that someone went with me to look around. Then other questions are asked or things are looked at that you wouldn't have thought of yourself. And after 2 viewings, I’ve now really found a very nice home.

Just a really great team that with lots of effort, full of enthusiasm, and within two weeks organized our house from photos to purchase agreement. The additional costs when selling a house are ridiculous in my opinion, but that wasn't due to Tulp’s commission, which was perfectly reasonable. Overall super satisfied with the whole process.

Been working for about a month to buy a house in Arnhem from Tulp Makelaars. The communication has been very difficult between our realtor and the selling realtor of the house. I am very disappointed. E-mails that were not seen. The realtor did not keep us informed that he was also in negotiation with another party. And I think that is mandatory.. Phone calls where you are not called back. And now we've lost the property to another bidder. I don't think this is how things usually go…
