Incompetent is niet het juiste woord om dit bureau te beschrijven. Kwaadaardig is een betere omschrijving. Ik gebruik dit woord niet lichtzinnig. Dit zijn geen mensen die er alles aan doen om je borg af te pakken. Dit zijn mensen die bereid zijn om een ​​(naar hun weten) heroïneverslaafde met zeer ernstige woedeaanvallen in een studentenhuis te plaatsen om die studenten weg te jagen, zodat ze de woning voor meer geld aan een gezin kunnen verhuren.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. De intake was een fijn gesprek, kon snel bezichtigen en kon dezelfde week nog verhuizen. Daarna pech gehad met oude leidingen en lekkage en ook de spoedlijn van Ad Hoc heeft me ‘s avonds laat vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Tot zover alleen maar goede ervaringen!

Once, a door was even pushed open where our (neat) shoes were standing, resulting in a pile of crumpled shoes when we came home. A real pity, this was dismissed with a simple excuse after we had dealt with it ourselves. What also struck us was the emergency kit that we had to purchase. My girlfriend and I lived in the same apartment, but still had to take two packages at 200,- each. In the apartment there were already smoke detectors and other emergency facilities present, which made our emergency kits unused after the rental period. However, Ad Hoc did not want to buy back these packages from us, because that was simply stated in the contract. Not very considerate of Ad Hoc! Because there is currently unfortunately a housing shortage, I would not avoid Ad Hoc, you should be glad if you can find something to live in. However, it would not be our choice again.

Ad hoc groningen is super bad at it, I called about a defective boiler and heating cost reimbursement, but heard nothing more. Also, the heating has already broken down twice in winter (-3 degrees) and it takes a long time before that is resolved. Also, your emails are completely ignored when you need to get money back...

In het verleden al slechte ervaring met ze gehad. Nu probeerd mijn zoon ergens op te reageren en in al die jaren is terugbellen nog steeds een groot probleem.

Mijn zus reageerde op een huis maar werd behoorlijk bot behandeld via de telefoon en er werd haar even verteld dat ze te oud was voor een huis (ze moet nog 60 worden) en dat ze Engels en Duits moest kennen, wat ik vreemd vind als criteria om een huis te huren.

Waardeloos verder heb ik er niks over te zeggen

Binnen 2 dagen een ruim app op basis van antikraak in de stad. Helemaal top. Ik ga er wat gezelligs van maken de komende maanden en dan op naar een nieuw avontuur?

Vriendelijke medewerkers en via de mail goed bereikbaar. Ik kreeg via de mail een aanbod binnen en de zelfde dag had ik de sleutels en kon ik tekenen, echt super!

Na een lange en moeizame zoektocht op de huurwoningmarkt besloten we ons aan te melden bij Ad Hoc. Ze hielpen ons heel goed en binnen een paar dagen hadden we een huis!

Als ik via de gemeente zwart/wit op papier had staan dat ik 2 huisdieren mee mocht nemen kwam ik alsnog in aanmerking voor.een bepaalde woning.. nu 3 maanden later heb ik een reactie van de gemeente doorgestuurd, dat zij het geen probleem vinden dat ik 2 huisdieren meeneem. Adhoc alles doorgestuurd, maar nu gaan ze alsnog moeilijk doen.. ben hier ca 2maand mee bezig geweest om een reactie te krijgen van de gemeente zelf. Waarom dan eerst zeggen als de gemeente er voor wilt staan dat het prima is en dan 2maand later lekker moeilijk gaan doen.?

Top instelling, met plezier in een woning van ze gewoond

The responses we eventually received were, in our opinion, also written in a very unprofessional way, which I find a bit low-threshold for a real estate company. Afterwards we read the reviews of others and as a result, our trust in this company unfortunately disappeared. Based on our experience, we would not look for a rental property through this company again in the future.

House in terrible condition and is not maintained. Mold and recurring leaks plus shading are not repaired because they do not find it worthwhile to invest in the house. When they suddenly decide to show up, they stand without communication right in your bathroom.

I was an international student who lived in the house for about 9 months during the academic year 2022-2023. I hadn't really had the time and opportunity to write a review until now. It was a terrible experience, which started from the very first day of my move-in. When I moved in, the kitchen was a mess (I have attached a video of the kitchen at the moment I entered the house). There were empty bottles, crumbs and stains everywhere on the countertop. The trash bins in the backyard were full to the brim. There was waste stacked up next to the trash bins. It took one of my housemates and me 4 hours to clean up the kitchen. We couldn't follow the pickup schedule because there was still waste from previous occupants lying around. There were two abandoned containers in the backyard that were no longer accepted by the municipality. Omrin told me that those containers had not been accepted for a year already. Those containers were still full of waste when I moved in and made a pickup appointment with Omrin. During my stay, I had to contact the agent, Robert, several times but I usually got slow responses from him, sometimes he didn't respond to my emails at all. Slow, like a week or two. I remember that my housemates and I sometimes asked him the same thing, and he responded to my housemates but not to me. I didn't get a response from him, despite having sent him multiple emails at different times. Once, after I had moved in, I asked him to keep a letter for me because it was important to me and I wasn't in the Netherlands at that time. I asked if he could give me a contact person of someone who lived in that house so that I could talk directly to that person about picking up my letter. He said he could keep the letter for me, but after some time he said I could just knock and ask for it. I knocked a few times until someone was home. However, everything was handled and there was no trace of my letter. Honestly speaking, this is not the biggest problem. It's at least an example of how irresponsible a real estate agent can be. The worst thing about this situation is that our deposit was withheld without valid reason. As mentioned above, the house was full of waste on the day we moved in. We couldn't empty the containers on the day we moved out, and it's also not our responsibility to do so if they are left behind. Apparently Robert thought otherwise. I paid €385 deposit, and he gave me back €274.12. I asked for the bill to check if we had consumed more gas, sewage and electricity than we paid, but he didn't send me the exact bill. I sent him multiple emails requesting a bill, but he kept refusing to provide the documents. I asked him why the deposit was withheld, and he said that he had to pay for the cost of cleaning up the waste. Well, excuse me? Why was the house such a mess when we moved in then? It's almost a year ago, but I'm still angry about it. I have attached screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation. When I sent him the video I had made when I arrived there, and also the video that is attached to this message, he claimed it wasn't true. Then he sent me a screenshot of a video he had made in June of the house, when he showed me the video during a viewing. He claimed that the photo showed how the house looked on the day we moved in. That makes no sense at all. That guy didn't even try to hide the recording date. I moved in on 31-8-2022 and he showed me a screenshot of a video he had made in June 2022, claiming it was exactly the condition of the house when we moved in. This is the WORST rental experience of my life. I have sought legal advice and they said that the contract was very complicated. Some articles were removed, but remained ominous. The advisor also said that he knew we wouldn't be able to afford the legal costs for a lawsuit, because that would cost more than the amount we lost.

Much is promised on the front end, however things are handled poorly afterwards. Poorly accessible by phone!

Waarop je reageerd niet te kunnen en dat je het graag een andere dag wilt. Terwijl ze vervolgens niet op je mail reageren en dan alsnog op hun eigen bedachte tijd hunzelf zomaar je studio in laten. Zonder toestemming!!! Ook als je je contract wilt verlengen word dat compleet genegeerd en krijg je ineens een mail dat je "binnenkort vertrekt".

Via Tygo van Gruno verhuur binnen een aantal dagen ons droomplekje gevonden! Snelle communicatie , super geregeld en heel vriendelijk!
