Thomas van den Bemd is a broker who does not take responsibility for his mistakes and negligence. I purchased a property in 2020 that was for sale through Thomas. What Thomas failed to mention during the sale was that the property had a partial commercial destination and was a municipal monument. The extra costs for me were 26K+. I had the case brought before the disciplinary board and won on 2 out of three points. Unfortunately, Thomas never wanted to pay for the damage he caused with his negligence. I will never do business with him again!

I would absolutely not recommend this company. Hans behaves unprofessionally and sweeps problems under the rug. First they denied the problem, then they blamed us because they thought we assumed there would be a walk-in closet. When they showed us a house, they spoke highly of how nice it would be to have a walk-in closet in our future home. Now they claim it was clear from the beginning. We have asked multiple times if anyone ever told us that there would no longer be a walk-in closet.
