NVM Makelaar Han Hofman verkocht mij een appartement van zijn vriend. Na intrek bleek er veel mis. Verborgen en bewust niet gemelde kleine en grote gebreken en een verzwegen schadepost van ruim 40.000 euro. Bedrog dus. Met of zonder medeweten van de bevriende Makelaar? 1: Al jaren blijkt er in het voor- en najaar een klustervliegen plaag te zijn met tienduizenden vliegen op ramen en balkondeuren die maandenlang niet open kunnen omdat er dan grote zwermen naar binnen vliegen. De glazenwasser moet soms zijn werk staken omdat hij veel vliegjes in mond en ogen krijgt. De vrouw van verkoper heeft zich meermaals beklaagd tegen bewoners maar ik werd niet geïnformeerd. Verzwegen door verkoper. 2: De vloerverwarming bleek defect, 25 graden in de slaapkamer, met een kostbare reparatie tot gevolg. Verzwegen door verkoper. 3: De ventilatie unit was defect. Sensoren die kleppen aansturen waren defect en de elektronica die het toerental aanstuurt inclusief een bedieningsscherm is ook defect. Verzwegen door verkoper. 4: Het grootste raam heeft dubbele beschadigingen van 180 cm hoog en 3 cm breed maar wordt pas goed zichtbaar aan het einde van de dag als de zon er op komt. Experts hebben vastgesteld dat de schade binnenin het dubbele glas zit. Gezien er door de grote hoogte enorme hijskranen en steigers nodig zijn, en doordat het hele kozijn eruit moet en vanwege vloerankers ook de plavuizenvloer opengebroken moet worden, een schadepost van meer dan 40.000 euro. Verzwegen door verkoper. Of NVM Makelaar Han Hofman, vriend van verkoper, op de hoogte was van het zeer kostbare bedrog wilde ik graag uit zijn mond horen, maar hij neemt mijn telefoon oproepen niet meer aan, belt ook niet meer terug, en zelfs mijn ingesproken terugbelverzoek werd genegeerd. Misschien is dat het antwoord op mijn vraag of hij op de hoogte was?
