If it could, I would give Tweelwonen 10 stars :) My husband and I were looking for a nice apartment in Rotterdam and Tweelwonen made this process much easier! I must admit that they work professionally and respond very quickly to emails, even within a few minutes. Because searching for an apartment is a very intensive process, that's incredibly helpful. You immediately notice that they really care about their customers and potential tenants. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and thank Tweelwonen again!

I have written multiple emails. They are very accurate with the inspection report upon registration of a rental apartment. In my case, a furnished apartment for which I pay a lot of money. At the end of my contract, I had a dispute with the landlord. They did not show up for the final inspection. They do not respond after several emails. I have to resolve it myself. Very unprofessional. Hope they approach me to resolve it properly.

I scheduled an appointment with Patrick Wijling on Thursday, July 2nd to view a house on Monday, July 6th at 3:00 PM. That Monday I drove from Zeeland to Rotterdam only to hear at 3:10 PM that the property had been rented out this weekend. You had plenty of time to let me know it wasn't happening, but still chose not to contact me and waste my time. Furthermore, an offer came up saying ''we have a house nearby for almost the same price,'' then you're told that one is 400 above the budget you provided, very unprofessional and not recommended!

Beste Rijad, Bedankt voor je bericht. We betreuren zeker dat op deze manier de afspraak is gecanceled. We hopen mogelijk jullie op korte termijn iets anders aan te kunnen bieden wanneer dat beschikbaar komt. De woning is overigens kort voor 15uur door de verhuurder verhuurd en niet al het weekend. Ik snap jullie teleurstelling maar het direct met 3 personen een 1 ster beoordeling geven vind ik niet heel passend. Alsnog hoop ik andere opties in aanbod te krijgen.

Came from Zeeland for a viewing at 3:00 PM. It wasn't until 3:10 PM that we were contacted to say it wouldn't go ahead. Very unprofessional.

Beste Emma, Zoals we jullie gemeld hebben is de woning kort voor de afspraak door de eigenaar verhuurd. Hierdoor hebben we de afspraak moeten cancelen en helaas kon dit niet anders dan jullie dit telefonisch te melden. We hadden dit jullie graag eerder laten weten, excuus daarvoor. We hadden overigens een andere optie beschikbaar om te laten zien maar dat was helaas niet passend. Ik snap de teleurstelling en vind voor beide de 1 ster beoordeling teleurstellend.

I applied online and Steven and Patrick then scheduled a viewing of the apartment. Unfortunately, no one came and I left empty-handed. They called later and said there had been a misunderstanding, but I didn't want to go again. Very unprofessional!
