I was helped with a property within a short time frame, and I was kept well informed at all times, quickly and personally, about developments regarding the property. Even after the key transfer, I still received adequate assistance. In the current housing market, a rental agent like this is unique, because even now there's attention for the tenant!

I have written multiple emails. They are very accurate with the inspection report upon registration of a rental apartment. In my case, a furnished apartment for which I pay a lot of money. At the end of my contract, I had a dispute with the landlord. They did not show up for the final inspection. They do not respond after several emails. I have to resolve it myself. Very unprofessional. Hope they approach me to resolve it properly.

I scheduled an appointment with Patrick Wijling on Thursday, July 2nd to view a house on Monday, July 6th at 3:00 PM. That Monday I drove from Zeeland to Rotterdam only to hear at 3:10 PM that the property had been rented out this weekend. You had plenty of time to let me know it wasn't happening, but still chose not to contact me and waste my time. Furthermore, an offer came up saying ''we have a house nearby for almost the same price,'' then you're told that one is 400 above the budget you provided, very unprofessional and not recommended!

Came from Zeeland for a viewing at 3:00 PM. It wasn't until 3:10 PM that we were contacted to say it wouldn't go ahead. Very unprofessional.

Patrick and Steven were very helpful with our search for a home in Rotterdam. They had already worked with us before we arrived in the Netherlands and did everything they could to accommodate those circumstances. Even after we were in the country, it was a pleasure to work with them. They explained everything well and listened carefully to our wishes. It took some time before we received permission to move into the apartment of our choice due to the renovation, and they allowed us to temporarily store our belongings at their office, which was very generous.
