Vakantieparken makelaar Ruben Hoevelaken heeft mij onbehoorlijk behandeld,mijn man ernstig ziek en hij verkocht huizen op de Kraaienbergseplassen. Ik heb hem € 5000.00 betaald, hij zou alles regelen. Wat blijkt is nog nooit in de cottages geweest ,er zouden hele goede foto’s gemaakt worden dus niet het waren oude foto’s. Wederom zou ik op verschillende website’s constant boven aan staan. Voor dat geld heeft hij niets gedaan.Heb hem 2 keer gebeld of er nog iets gebeurde , de 1ste keer zat hij in Spanje de2de keer in de Caribische gebied, hij hield van een goed leven. Mooie praatjes dus wees gewaarschuwd,

Hij is daar dan ook 'ontslagen' Groot was mijn verbazing dat hij het zelfde weer gaat herhalen met zijn eigen bedrijf: Vakantieparken Makelaar en dan ook weer vakantiewoningen van Europarcs, tegen de zelfde leugens en verdichtsels lazen wij in de krant. Hoe is deze man te stoppen?

I had made an appointment for a valuation of my home and I was told that the price per square meter of the property would remain the same if I were to split the property into 2 addresses. Very strange, because the lower the m2 of an object, the higher the price per square meter. We have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent when purchasing a property. The inventory list was sent around 3 times, and we signed it under the latest version, as did the seller of the apartment. During the viewing, the inventory was also reviewed. When we received the keys, it ultimately didn't match; a closet, shelves, and lights were missing. We could have canceled the sale at that time, but based on the promise that it would be resolved properly, we still signed. When we claimed the proper solution, it wasn't there, it was downright scandalous, and unpleasant email exchanges followed. The seller of the apartment eventually paid us an amount. We received nothing from Brantjes, not even an apology while the fault was definitely with them. So pay close attention and don't trust the sweet talk. Make sure everything is properly documented.

Nice man Dimitri, but I don't find the office's way of working professional. Errors in the (draft) brochure and photos are mediocre/bad. Ultimately, I pulled the plug anyway. Get rokken. There is still a big difference between saying you do your best and actually doing it. A shame!
