Spamt vreselijk veel berichten via marktplaats (ongevraagd en ook nadat ik verzocht hiermee op te houden). Strafbare werkwijze pas op met deze makelaar!

Geen nette en bedenkelijke praktijk. Meerdere keren gebeld en geschreven maar nooit reactie ontvangen.

Ik verhuur 2 appartementen in Groningen. Jan-rico plaatste mijn eigen advertenties en foto's voor een heel redelijk tarief op Funda en Pararius en speelde mij de reacties door. Ik selecteerde zelf de kandidaten voor bezichtiging en vond de geschikte huurders voor het appartement dat ik voor onbepaalde tijd verhuur. Het andere appartement wordt steeds voor 1 jaar verhuurd en daar hielp Jan-rico op dezelfde manier nu al 2 keert met succes. Het contact is plezierig: hij is altijd bereikbaar, antwoordt meteen en handelt snel af. Beter kan niet!
