You respond to an apartment they are renting and literally get a form to fill out the next day. After that, nothing heard, several emails sent, no response. Called very often, constant voicemail. I find this ridiculous for people who are really seriously looking and need something and aren't responded to. I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks.
Responded to a rental property, received the request to fill out the registration form almost the same day and that a viewing would probably follow the same week, which I did. Afterwards, nothing more heard. Emailed again and was told that they would still contact me. Meanwhile, over 2 weeks have passed and still nothing heard. Called several times, but the calls are not answered. A pity.

He put the property on the market with a beautiful presentation and placed many extra advertisements. Result: dozens of viewings and the house sold quickly for a very good price. Attempted to make repeated contact by phone, every time directly to voicemail. The only thing the broker adhered to was sending an application form. For the rest, we have heard nothing more and no further contact has been made. A bad situation.
Malicious dealings... You just know that no fair game is being played but you can never prove anything. They also don't inform buyers about defects/bad history of a property. Don't go to this realtor!
