As a potential buyer viewed a house through this realtor. At her request, the appointment was rescheduled but it wasn't mentioned that the appointment would then be 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes. Answers to several questions also (still) not received. I understand that it is a seller's market but you still need buyers.

When there were questions, there was a quick response. It's also very nice that people empathize with you and show genuine interest. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable search with professional support.

Contact with the real estate agent went well. Good tips were given. The guidance was TOP! After the sale of the house, there was suddenly much less contact. A promised 'sold' (subject to conditions) sign was promised, but I never saw it.
