Dramatic realtor. Was called for a viewing. Appointment made, I was neatly on time but nobody showed up. They didn't let me know anything. Then after an hour I suddenly receive a phone call that they had forgotten and want to make a new appointment. Never heard from them again. I don’t do business with people like this. Too bad I can't give 0 stars

Difficult to reach, they don't respond to voicemails and their website is totally not up to date. I was told I could better use Funda to know what their offering is. Not really a great way to promote your own business...

Don't do business with this realtor! Firstly, he was late for the viewing. Secondly, it was very difficult to reach this realtor by phone or email. He simply ignores your voicemails and emails. Furthermore, he wasn't transparent about the bidding process either. Subsequently, I placed a bid on the viewed house. There was no feedback whatsoever. Waited over two weeks and called in between, but then there was a vague story that contacting the seller was difficult. Ultimately, I heard that the offer had been rejected and that there was also no room for negotiation anymore because they had already agreed to another offer. Very strange, because we had more than 2 weeks to negotiate, but we never got that chance. Again, think twice before doing business with this realtor. He won't help you forward, he will only obstruct you.

This broker provided very poor information about a property I was interested in, did not keep the promise to call back later and keep me informed.

This realtor did not serve us as potential buyers in our request to do a viewing. When we, a month later, put on our brave faces and approached the sellers ourselves, it turned out that the property was simply available. The sellers were happy that we had taken initiative ourselves.

Absolutely no stars deserved. There is absolutely no respect and I am being treated poorly. You really have to be in a terrible situation before you get any help at all, and even then you are not helped. Worst hospital and staff!

Just like many others, I have also been able to experience how bad the communication with the best sir is. It's completely impossible to reach him via email and after calling 20 times, you’re lucky if you manage to get through to him once. He said after the viewing that he would know who the tenant was on Monday. Heard nothing until, after a lot of calls and emails, I finally managed to reach the best sir, and now it was Wednesday. Wednesday again the same story, now it became the end of the week. Again heard nothing. Eventually, called him repeatedly again on Monday and managed to get through to him, and the only thing he says is that the apartment has been rented, you didn’t receive an email, and he also had absolutely no understanding for the poor communication towards us. Saw an apartment for rent on Pararius and I immediately responded to it. No response yet.. Then I thought, you know what, I'll try it through their own website and schedule a viewing. Still no response. Account created, should receive a confirmation email where I had to confirm my email address, again after days still no mail and not in my spam. Today tried calling the number several times and again no answer. I wonder, how eager they are to rent/sell something, if you just can't get in touch with them. I find it incredibly annoying, because the apartment is very nice. Hoping to hear from them this week, I give them 2 stars instead of 1.

The first contact I had with Tim was pleasant. He answered the phone and quickly showed us an apartment that we could rent. After we signed the rental agreement, this changed. Never responded to emails and didn't answer his work phone. He claimed that we used the wrong email address or that he hadn't received it. We always used all the email addresses listed on his website and those he used. They had worked in the past. He only responded once to our email after we were accused of not having paid the rent. The problem had escalated so much at that point that I am certain it cost the owner of the property more money to resolve it. Only after a miracle did we get his private phone number; he responded to issues with the rented apartment.

This type of agency usually scams foreigners who come to rent. They keep your deposit. Don't trust Huiz nl. I would advise everyone not to go for a house offered by them.

I understand that there are people who complain, but the question is whether there's more demand than supply; this broker is reliable and has helped me very well despite my situation, he really thought along with me to find a suitable solution. A solid 10 for Tim.

The rental went well. Enorm bad once you cancel it. Too much rent paid and my deposit not returned. Ultimately never received a final calculation while multiple times it was said that this would be sent. A lot of money withheld from me, therefore.
