Waiting for the refund of my cancelled contract for over 4+ months. After repeatedly receiving poor service when submitting a bid (my bid was submitted too late and not taken into account!). Sick, flu, accountant - all excuses.

Although we were satisfied with the advice and guidance from Rob when purchasing our first house, the experience with our second house was downright bad. After the purchase, it turned out that 35,000 euros too little mortgage had been requested, forcing us to cover this amount ourselves. To get our money back, we were forced to take out a new loan at a significantly higher interest rate. Rob refused to take responsibility. We could never have prevented the mistake ourselves, because the 35,000 shortfall was only visible in a document in his system that we had never seen before. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, and he only answers if you call from an unknown number. After a long battle, we finally ended it with great dissatisfaction. More than 14 months after the purchase, we discovered that the appraisal invoice had never been paid. This should have actually appeared on the final statement with the notary. This entire experience with Rob has cost us tremendous stress, time and money. We look back on this period with deep disappointment.

We have been very satisfied with the services of Bakker Advies for years. Again now during the purchase and sale process of our house. Although there were some issues during the purchase of our house, completely outside his fault, he really did everything to get it done anyway but unfortunately…. Hats off! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Spent 14 months working with a second mortgage. Rob Bakker is not available by phone, forward email 1 to 1 from the lender. You have to chase things yourself because yes, industry jargon?! And what do you even need to submit??. He repeatedly fails to review the documents we provide and you hear 5 weeks later that a box wasn't ticked. That could continue for a while. And through our experience, we now also know that we are not the only ones who are dissatisfied with his unprofessional work and negligence. But above all, his unavailability has caused so much frustration. Once paid (because yes, he does pursue his own money) customer friendliness is nowhere to be found.

A promise is a debt, but not in Mr. Bakker's case. If you don't do business with him, you'll still lose about 20 percent of your investment.

Extremely unreliable realtor! This realtor acted as the sales realtor for a neighboring commercial building. I wanted to discuss purchasing a small piece of the large plot. The representative of the realtor said they would present this to the seller. I was willing to pay top dollar, so my offer was interesting to the seller. When I heard nothing back, I called the former owner directly. However, he had never received the request regarding the sale of this narrow strip. While this was perfectly discussable for this company. In the meantime, the sale of the building to a property developer had gone ahead. This realtor deliberately did not take my request into account and excluded me from consideration. Later, the truth came out. It turned out that Den Boer also handled the sales of the new homes to be developed. In other words, this firm only thinks about themselves, elbows its way through, and lacks all integrity! As long as they can fill their own pockets.
