Wij zijn vanaf het eerste begin tot en met de verkoop heel blij geweest met Bob. Hij heeft ons altijd aardig, netjes en professioneel begeleid en geholpen. Ook was hij makkelijk te bereiken en gaf altijd snel antwoord. Alleen maar tops dus voor hem!

We hebben contact gezocht met van Overbeek Makelaars, omdat deze al bekend was bij ons en goed aangeschreven stond. Het proces om een nieuw huis te zoeken begon 3,5 jaar geleden. Super geholpen door mijn aankoopmakelaar! Martijn heeft ons deskundig geholpen en meegenomen in het gehele proces. Absoluut een meerwaarde voor het aankooptraject.

Makelaar kwam voor een gesprek langs huis, hierbij kwam een duidelijke uitleg en een prijsindicatie van de woning. Deze kwam overeen met de verkoopprijs. Bij de bezichtigingen werden we op de hoogte gehouden door de makelaar dit contact liep erg fijn.

Wat een ontzettend slechte ervaring met Van Overbeek Makelaars in Hoorn. Zowel kopers als verkopers worden hier volledig aan hun lot overgelaten. Van communicatie is eigenlijk geen sprake, niet weinig, maar gewoon helemaal niets. Je moet er zelf achteraan gaan en wordt totaal niet op de hoogte gehouden. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, vragen blijven onbeantwoord en het voelt alsof je totaal niet serieus wordt genomen. Voor zo’n belangrijke stap als het kopen of verkopen van een huis is dit echt onacceptabel. Als ik -5 sterren had kunnen geven, dan hadden ze die zonder twijfel gekregen. Absoluut geen aanrader 👎🏽

De voorbereiding was goed, beter zelfs dan andere makelaars. De aankoop en verkoop gingen ook goed, maar wij misten de betrokkenheid van de makelaar. Hij was vooral zakelijk prima, maar verder was het contact oppervlakkig en werd bijna alles digitaal geregeld. Niet iets waar wij van zijn en nog een keer zouden doen.

De verkoop is prima verlopen,de makelaar was gedurende de verkoop altijd goed bereikbaar en heeft voor een uitstekend verkoop resultaat gezorgd!

Super fijn laagdrempelig contact! Dacht goed mee in alles. Alles was snel geregeld! Wat wij heel fijn vonden dat Tim een nuchtere kijk heeft op alles en echt verstand van zaken heeft.

Hadden niet het idee serieus genomen te worden, moesten alle service zelf verlenen, continu overal achteraan, en geregeld op fouten aanwijzen en zelf oplossen.. Met moeite het huis kunnen verkopen maar dat kwam zeker niet door deze makelaar

I was interested in garage boxes in Andijk and Bovenkarspel, I called from Overbeek in Hoorn, there Edina answered the phone yawning and asked if the ground was included, he didn't know that and refused to give me a tour, so I had to look around myself, and inside I couldn't look either. Edina should better work at Gamma, he had no interest here at all 1st is still too much
