Geweldige makelaar. Begeleiden je van begin tot eind en houden de lijntjes heel erg kort. Deskundig advies en heel direct wat wel en niet kan. Onlangs ook onze verzekeringen om laten zetten naar hun.. blijk nu beter verzekerd te zijn en goedkoper uit. 1 woord geweldig.

Het contact de begeleiding van alles was goed het personeel was behulpzame alles zonder problemen geregeld.

Een makelaar wat de markt goed kent en zijn beloftes nakomt!! Wat ik belangrijk vond is dat er geen standaard regels waren, alles is goed overleg besproken. Waar andere makelaars vrij strak in hun standaarden zijn is boeren- Kuijpers nog lekker ouderwets flexibel 👍👍👍👍👍. Wil je je huis verkopen dan is de keuze van je makelaar een no-brainer.

At my first viewing I immediately made an offer. This offer was known to them, but nothing was done with it. They didn't even create a Move-account for me. Phone calls are not answered while they are at the office! In the end we decided to go in person to get information, but again they acted as if there was no information available. The whole thing comes across as very unprofessional and disorganized. A particularly disappointing experience.

Friendly people but poor accessibility and service. Little information given about the purchase process for the plot and difficult to make appointments. Requested callback not followed up on. No response to emails. All in all, very cumbersome communication which has led to a lot of frustration in the purchase process. A real pity because it's so easy to just briefly let someone know. Would never let my house be sold by them myself.

Een woning in Utrecht zoeken lijkt bijna een onmogelijke taak. Hans zag echter alleen maar mogelijkheden en dacht mee in oplossingen. Voor ons was dit een eerste koopwoning. Hij nam de tijd om heel rustig alle stappen in duidelijke taal aan ons uit te leggen. Zo voelde het proces een stuk minder spannend. Binnen no time gaf hij ons opties om te bezichtigen en legde hij uit waarop te letten bij een eerste keer kijken. Na een maand zoeken hadden we uiteindelijk ons droomhuis waar we twee maanden later al in zouden trekken.
