Friendly people but poor accessibility and service. Little information given about the purchase process for the plot and difficult to make appointments. Requested callback not followed up on. No response to emails. All in all, very cumbersome communication which has led to a lot of frustration in the purchase process. A real pity because it's so easy to just briefly let someone know. Would never let my house be sold by them myself.

After almost 3 years of house hunting, it seemed impossible to buy our own home as first-time buyers. Until we engaged MD Makelaars. For every viewing, we had more than enough information and always received good advice regarding the purchase price. Throughout the entire process, communication was very direct, and you were always allowed to ask questions and receive a quick response. Definitely recommended for the purchase of your new home.

As a buyer, I am very dissatisfied. We placed a bid on a property and had to call twice ourselves before the real estate agent received the message. This was already 4 days later. Subsequently, he schedules a viewing with others and does not inform us what is going on. A week after placing the bid, I have to hear, again by calling myself (because the realtor doesn't respond to messages or his voicemail which we left) that the property has already been sold to someone else!!!! We didn't even get the chance to make a counteroffer, while we were the first in negotiation. Very regrettable and unfortunately a resounding 1 !!!

This realtor was involved in the purchase and sale of our home. The contact with both the office and the realtor themselves we experienced as very pleasant and personal. Viewings were communicated in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with MD. Bought and sold by Menno. I cannot relate to the negative posts at all. It is and remains personal and the current market is also moving enormously. Personally, I gladly recommend MD to family and friends as well. And those who write something here without experience in buying or selling a house, their rating is not relevant. I still believe it is wiser to directly state that a property is being sold via a bidding procedure to prevent misunderstandings and mutual miscommunication. Furthermore, I also understand that the selling party always has the final say. That said, in connection with our conversation, I will adjust the assessment somewhat towards a more positive expression.

Don't go along with this! Lied to and deceived during the purchase of a house. Ultimately, the purchase fell through, resulting in enormous financial and certainly emotional damage for a family with young children. Are you going to be ashamed?

MD Real Estate Agents and Appraisers. Do not do it! My experience has been particularly bad. I cannot say anything about the real estate agency itself. Regarding appraisals, however. I recently had valuation appraisals done. Repeatedly asked if they did this in relation to property financing. Of course, no problem was said... There was urgency, and that too was no problem. In addition to the amateurish communication, the entire process took 2 months... with the cherry on top being that the invoice is emailed to me without apology or excuse. I really advise against this company for appraisals. The way this has been handled is genuinely rude and unprofessional. Real estate people, I advise against this company. Regards.
