The contact went well with consistently fast responses. On Funda it states that the property was sold within 1 day. This is not correct and it took two weeks, which of course is also very quick, but to keep the statistics perfectly accurate I want to mention this. The brokerage fee is of course a percentage but in this price segment it feels like good value service. Extra praise for Janet, she was always accessible and quick with responses.

Very nice too: an appointment is an appointment, you didn't have to doubt whether an appointment would be kept. And even after the agreement was signed, we could arrange for further support. Changing the planned handover date: I’ll take care of it, you don’t need to do anything. And that’s how the whole process went. Wij zijn met een ontevreden gevoel vertrokken wat bekend is bij de makelaar. Ik zou deze makelaar niet aanraden!
