For speed or to act within a reasonable timeframe or even give a response, you should not go with Burgers. They were the selling agent for our house. There turned out to be a leak that was supposedly 'resolved', but it wasn't resolved. Contacted and now waiting almost a week for an answer, with excuses every time. The same experience during the sales process, the agent not present, he will call you back, no response from the selling party etc etc etc... Man man man, we ultimately just solved everything ourselves because their carrier pigeon with an answer has probably perished. If you choose this agency, I hope you have a lot of patience!

Where necessary, the agent also dared to say hard things. Not someone who just tells you what you want to hear. Unprofessionally treated during a phone call. Apparently, they don't want to go the extra mile for their selling party. Raising voices and wanting to 'put a customer in his place' instead of providing information and giving a neat explanation. Also, no one present is aware of the status of the homes. (Never called back)
