Zeer tevreden over Munters Adviesgroup BV. Binnen een week gingen wij van kennismaking naar bezichtiging en uiteindelijk de aankoop van onze woning. Doordat zij zowel aankoopmakelaar als hypotheekadviseur zijn, kon alles snel en efficiënt geregeld worden. Zelfs rondom de feestdagen verliep het proces soepel en konden we snel intrek nemen in onze nieuwe woning. Goed bereikbaar, schakelen snel en zeer deskundig. Ook de hypotheek is netjes geregeld met gunstige voorwaarden. Absoluut een aanrader!

Bij Harold (Munters adviesgroep) kwam ik terecht voor ondersteuning tijdens de aankoop van een nieuwbouwwoning maar ging ik met veel meer naar huis. Ik zat in een situatie waarbij de woning ik huurde, verkocht zou worden. Harold heeft mij vanaf het begin met de gesprekken (via een volmacht) tussen mij en de huurbaas geholpen en mij gewezen op mijn rechten/plichten. Hierdoor stond ik niet zomaar op straat en is de situatie netjes en volgens wettelijke kaders afgerond. Daarnaast is de hypothecaire aanvraag van A-Z geregeld voor de nieuwbouwwoning en ben ik onlangs nog bij Harold geweest voor de afwikkeling van mijn belastaangifte. Je meld je aan voor aan koopmakelaardij, maar ook conflictsituaties met huurbazen, hypotheek aanvragen en teruggave/voorschot van de belastingdienst draait Harold zijn handen niet om. Het heeft mij in een mega stressvolle situatie richting en support gegeven en daar ben ik hem heel dankbaar voor.

Makelaar was zeer goed bereikbaar en kon snel handelen waardoor we binnen een week van bezichtigen naar kopen konden gaan. Daarnaast was het fijn dat de makelaar ook hypotheekadviseur is, waardoor de overdracht snel en soepel verliep

Altijd goed bereikbaar, zelfs buiten kantooruren (indien nodig). Kan een adequate inschatting maken van de woningwaarde en begeleiden bij bepaling van het bod op basis van feitelijke gegevens en persoonlijke wensen. Schakelt snel met verkoopmakelaar en neemt alle zorg voor vervolgstappen uit handen als het bod geaccepteerd is.

After requesting a quote and calling several mortgage advisors, Harold from Munters Adviesgroep gave the best impression in terms of motivation and services. Since the meeting, we believe that he is honest and patient. He also quickly got things done. Initially, it was still uncertain whether we could get the mortgage we needed. After some investigation by Harold, he confirmed that it was possible, but only for the new regulations of 2023. This was difficult because the mortgage application was quite late and banks are usually not the fastest. Due to Harold’s and Patricia's quick work, we were on time with our mortgage. Harold became our purchasing agent and mortgage advisor, but did more than just his responsibility. We were super happy with him, especially because he voiced his opinion and shared his opinion with explanation.
