Ultimately, the purchase came about at an accelerated pace above expectations on a Friday evening late into the night, when most real estate agents have already switched on their voicemail. I have been trying to contact the appraiser who did my valuation since February 7th because a parcel was not included. This has an impact on the value of my house, and I want to discuss it. Unfortunately, it seems they are unwilling to speak with me. I have called seven times so far and each time I am promised that I will be called back, but that never happened. Droste De Vries had already assessed the house we purchased. Subsequently, they would only take some new photos and this suited the appraiser very well to do so on the same day. I therefore still had time to consider whether or not to award the contract to Droste De Vries. This was not a pleasant contact and gave the feeling that agreements were distorted.
