We had an exceptionally good experience with Van Wonderen, thanks to Mireille we were able to find our dream house in Haarlem despite a rapidly changing and overheated housing market. She was always involved, super accessible, and could also work very strategically thanks to short lines of communication with our mortgage advisor. At times when it didn't suit her schedule, Frank was ready to help us with viewings, and both have also kept us grounded and helped us stay realistic where needed. Their presence at viewings was worth its weight in gold because they both saw things and asked questions about things we would never have thought of ourselves. The office manager Brigitte was also always very accurate and especially super fast in scheduling appointments, which was sometimes really necessary to get a foot in the door. I secretly hope that we don't have to use a real estate agent for a while yet, but if that happens in the near future, we would definitely re-enter into a collaboration with them.
