However, that is until you encounter problems. Our house was sold below the asking price that they, with their contact appraiser, had estimated. Moreover, you hear nothing during the week of viewings when it turns out to be disappointing. Constantly having to chase after them. Finally, there are still hidden defects in the house, and they simply left the handling of it. Called, emailed, apped countless times. Repeated promises but you hear absolutely nothing! Shame!
