Een huis kopen is geen sinecure, zeker niet in een land waar je de taal niet vloeiend spreekt of niet alle regels kent. Als iemand die graag alles onder controle heeft en de zaken meestal zelf regelt, besefte ik al snel hoe overweldigend het proces kan zijn. Kim was een ongelooflijke hulp gedurende het hele traject. Ik geef toe dat ik soms erg kritisch was en onderweg veel dingen in twijfel trok, maar ze bewees steeds weer haar waarde en hielp ons uiteindelijk een geweldige deal te sluiten. Het kiezen van de juiste makelaar is veel belangrijker dan mensen misschien denken. Wat vooral opviel, was de hoeveelheid werk die Kim achter de schermen verrichtte. Veel van haar werk was niet direct zichtbaar, maar we merkten het absoluut op en waardeerden het enorm. Wanneer ik lastige vragen had, nam ze altijd de tijd om de antwoorden te vinden, zelfs als taalbarrières de zaken soms ingewikkelder maakten. We zijn oprecht blij dat we ervoor hebben gekozen om met Kim samen te werken. Hoewel we in het begin onze twijfels hadden en dingen in twijfel trokken, heeft ze ons van begin tot eind bewezen dat we de juiste beslissing hebben genomen.

Binnen twee maanden hadden wij dankzij de hulp van Estelle ons droomhuisje gevonden, midden in Amsterdam! Estelle heeft ons geweldig geholpen en zette als makelaar echt een stapje extra. Kim werd ons aanbevolen door een vriend en ik kan me niet voorstellen hoe ze de service nog zou kunnen verbeteren! Wat het voor ons echt bijzonder maakte, was dat we het gevoel hadden dat ze onze belangen vooropstelde (in tegenstelling tot wat we van anderen hebben gehoord, namelijk dat andere makelaars expres te veel opdringen of te hoge biedingen doen om de koop snel rond te krijgen). Ze hielp ons bij het vinden van appartementen, ging mee naar alle bezichtigingen, werkte heel snel en het hele proces verliep soepel. Bovendien merk je dat ze een expert is met een scherp oog voor detail tijdens de bezichtigingen. Bedankt voor alle steun en begeleiding tijdens dit proces! Het was fantastisch om met je samen te werken!

Such great agents! We sold and bought a house in Amsterdam through Key Estate and are incredibly happy with how it went.
