I engaged this real estate agent because I wanted to sell my house in Heemstede. The man who came inside was unprofessional and not properly dressed, and immediately said that he did not want to sell the house for the price I had in mind. He also looked around wildly, which immediately gave me an unpleasant feeling. I was still busy with some painting and he couldn't look through that unfortunately. Therefore, I switched to another real estate agent. With this agent, the price indication was perfectly in line with what I had in mind. The house is therefore happily sold now. If I receive a response with 'we cannot find your details in our system and do not recognize you' then this is correct. I was just in time to leave here.

Poor information about costs by a real estate agent who helped little to none and then my starter-daughter after long searching found a house (with help of a completely different real estate agent because other municipality) and she after 3 months no contact suddenly received an invoice of €700 and after protest this was suddenly lowered to €350 with a threat that 'otherwise work would be made of it'. So no style this.

Carefully consider before entering into a partnership with this real estate agency. Our experience was utterly disappointing: months of no contact, minimal guidance, and ultimately unexpected high costs, without clear explanations or signed agreements. Transparency and professionalism were nowhere to be found.

I would not recommend anyone to go into the sea with Kijck maklars. I was really scammed. I'm not sure if it was only the real estate agent who did it or the entire company. The woman who sold my apartment took the money from the buyer and lied to me about the offers, resulting in my apartment being sold for a lower price. Because she took the money from the buyer, she was actually working for the buyer and told me that there had been no offers. Moreover, she negotiated the price with me for the buyer. I didn't know what game she was playing with me and sold the apartment much cheaper. Later, I found out what she had done and spoke to a lawyer about it, but he said that there was nothing more that could be done now because I had already transferred the property. It's better to pay more and go to another real estate agent, where you can see the offers on move.nl if a buyer makes an offer. By paying a few thousand euros more to another selling real estate agent, you can get 20,000 to 30,000 euros more. At Kijck real estate agents, it's a black box, nothing is transparent and you don't find out if someone has made an offer or whether they even asked for an offer, or that they just lied. I wish that real estate agent would get her karma for the scamming. It still hurts a lot how I became such a victim, so be careful everyone.
