Een prima traject doorlopen met deze makelaar met betrekking tot de verkoop van de woning. Het vormde geen probleem voor hun om onze woning in Breskens te verkopen ondanks dat dit ruim 30 km van hun kantoor is. Het gehele traject verliep vlot en deskundig. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat de snelle verkoop van de woning mede te danken is aan de deskundigheid van deze makelaar.

They sold us a house at the time and although the newly purchased house was ultimately not sold by them, you notice that the employees always fully commit themselves during our 2-year search. Wij vinden het wel belangrijk dat er wekelijks of zeker tweewekelijks korte feedback is i.v.m. opvolging verkoop woning. Ook is het belangrijk dat de kopende partij beter wordt geïnformeerd over hun rechten ivf bod en/of koopovereenkomst.

Meest onvriendelijke makelaar in de omgeving. Komt zijn afspraken niet na, maar verwijt mogelijke klanten dat ze niet op tijd of te vroeg op een afspraak zijn, terwijl hij zelf had beloofd een bevestigingsmail te sturen.

Erg vervelende werkwijze, valt niet normaal mee te communiceren. Zeker geen aanrader

Responded several times to three properties at different times. One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.
