Op dinsdag 7 april heb ik contact opgenomen met Joeri van Vastelle Vastgoed, waarbij ik mijn situatie en woonwensen heb toegelicht. Tijdens het prettige en duidelijke telefoongesprek gaf Joeri aan zich in te zetten voor mijn aanvraag, zonder daarbij onrealistische beloftes te doen. Tot mijn positieve verrassing werd ik de volgende dag al benaderd met goed nieuws. Joeri en zijn collega’s hadden zich zichtbaar ingespannen door actief contact te leggen met diverse partijen, wat heeft geleid tot het vinden van een passende huurwoning binnen mijn budget. Daarnaast waardeer ik het dat er niet alleen is gekeken naar de woning zelf, maar ook naar de omgeving, faciliteiten en de veiligheid voor kinderen. Joeri is een heel betrokken makelaar die direct bij het intake gesprek de tijd nam om onze verkoopwensen en de woning zelf zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen. Op basis van onze wensen en zijn kennis van de woningmarkt heeft hij een goede verkoopstrategie uitgewerkt voor onze woning. Hij gaf hierbij duidelijke en eerlijke uitleg voor elke stap van het verkoopproces en was goed bereikbaar voor ons wanneer we nog vragen hadden. Verder neemt Joeri echt de tijd om potentiële kopers een zo goed mogelijk beeld van de woning te geven. Wij zijn dan ook zeer tevreden over de samenwerking met Joeri en raden hem van harte aan voor eenieder die overweegt een woning te verkopen.

Zonder Joerie had ik mijn appartement simpelweg niet kunnen kopen. Hij hielp me bij het vinden van geschikte buurten die aan mijn wensen voldeden, gaf inzicht in woningtrends en taxaties door banken, en nog veel meer. Joerie was altijd beschikbaar om de mogelijkheden te bespreken, me te vergezellen bij bezichtigingen, feedback te geven over woningen en prijzen, en me gerust te stellen gedurende het hele proces. Vandaag nam ik contact op met een simpele vraag over de verkoop van mijn woning en ik was echt onder de indruk van de uitzonderlijke service die ik kreeg.
