Our offer was accepted by the house owners and we had already sent identity documents to draw up the purchase contract. However, at the last moment they changed their mind and opted for a lower offer, on the advice of the real estate agent. Extremely unprofessional and no reason was given, but the only logical explanation is that the lower offer came from a client of Van Stralen - which would be illegal. Please do not do business with this kind of dishonest, deceitful real estate agents.
