Een van de slechtste “clubs” waar ik ooit ben geweest. De muziek was echt dramatisch en de hele sfeer voelde opgefokt en agressief aan in plaats van gezellig. Daarnaast is de hele club letterlijk een ruimte van 30 m². Op foto’s lijkt het nog wat groter, maar in werkelijkheid is het gewoon een vieze kelder waar ook nog eens slecht personeel werkt. Voor mij absoluut geen aanrader en ik kom hier zeker niet terug.

This place asks for more money if you spin the shot glass wheel well. What a mega scam! Not recommended.

After a long search, we found a lovely house! The staff are very direct and can sometimes come across as blunt. But they really do their best for you when they notice you're seriously looking! If I encounter any staff members, we always still have a nice chat :D

If I could, I would give -1 star. They don't respond to emails, don't call, don't show up for appointments, and the girl who showed us the house said things we already knew, or just things that weren't true about the property. We wanted to go directly to their office, but it was closed on Friday. I have no words for this realtor, just don't do business with them!! It’s a waste of time.

Don't fall for this trap - these are criminals who won't pay back your deposit after the end of a contract and ignore all reminders and attempts to contact them. They also largely didn't respond when we rented an apartment from them. Avoid this!

They helped me find 3 rental apartments in Leiden. They continue to do business with landlords who don't return the deposit, especially expats. Before I rented, they promised me they would return the deposit and intervene if needed, but they ignored that promise later when I asked for help. In doing so, they consciously contribute to the chronic problem of greedy landlords in the Netherlands.

Had a lovely viewing, where we were told that we were the only candidates for the apartment. We were completely naive and happy, especially when we were called to say that we had also been chosen! Subsequently, we received a phone call saying that we weren't selected after all. We did find it remarkable and just to be sure, we called back, after which we were rudely told that it really had been rented out to someone else. A month later, we happened to walk past the apartment in question, where another 'for rent' sign was hanging up again. Quite remarkable.

**** UPDATE: For all (former) tenants, there is most likely incorrectly the monthly service costs cashed via easymakelaars. If you contact huurdokters.nl they will arrange that you get a large part back. Easy makelaars will not return this themselves. **** Myself a tenant for several years. This is the perfect example of a real estate agent who only thinks about filling his own pockets and nothing at all about the well-being of the tenants. Promises are not kept and there is no transparency. For the reader who wants to consider renting here, do not unless: -You don't mind that no maintenance will ever be performed on the property. -You want to incorrectly pay up to 80% too much in service costs, which will again never be settled with you. -You like not being taken seriously by the real estate agent who rents the house to you. -You are at peace with the fact that when there are defects and this is reported nothing but absolutely nothing will be done by the landlord. -You also don't mind that the landlord will not keep any agreements made. If you have no problem with this, I would definitely do it!!

They had invited people for a group tour, but they didn't show up. Another potential tenant and I waited for 30 minutes before we went home.

The previous reviews didn't predict much good either. My experience is that Easy Makelaars is unreachable: not via email, not via Pararius, and not by phone. If you respond via Pararius, you immediately receive a standard email with an invitation for a viewing. But if you have any questions about that: no response. It's a shame that many properties are available for rent through Easy. I'm skipping Easy.

Unfortunately no positive experience. Luckily found a house, but not through Easy Makelaars. I had a pleasant viewing at the time. Subsequently all (personal) documentation was sent and nothing more was heard from them. Not even after I emailed again. Only weeks later a pathetic standard rejection. It is a difficult housing market for both buyers and renters, but as a real estate agent you can ensure that an experience is still pleasant, even if you don't get the house. That was not the case here. A pity.

Very bad experience. We wanted to rent an apartment and had a friendly opening and viewing. After that, things quickly went wrong. Never heard anything or received a response to emails. Had to call 6 times ourselves to find out if the apartment was rented and always got the same answer 'we don't know you will hear today or tomorrow'. This lasted for 2 weeks. Called again today and suddenly the apartment was rented. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and unkind. Definitely not worth searching through them.

I had a fantastic experience with Easy Brokers. I had trouble finding a house for a few months and only got negative reactions to the viewings I attended. I asked Easy Brokers for help and they were the only real estate agents who took my case seriously. Carlo was so helpful and did his best to find the best solution. A few days after our appointment, I finally found the studio that was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy real estate agents = you get broke quickly. The only 'easy' thing about this real estate office is how easily they make up excuses to take your money. If you decide to rent a property through them, make sure to take photos of the smallest flaws and details of the property as soon as you move in, because they make you pay a lot for the smallest things, even if it was already there.

What terrible customer service you offer. You should be ashamed of yourselves. My friend called to inquire about a rental property in which we were very interested. During the phone call, my friend indicated that we had attended multiple viewings. At this point, the fake jerk on the other end of the line pointed out to us that you 'don't have it to choose from' at this time and that we should be happy if we could rent anywhere. The reason we are viewing multiple houses is because it is indeed difficult to get a house. We like to register for multiple options, because the chance of getting a property is very low. Thanks to this employee, we were never allowed to view the house or be considered for it. This is simply the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. The only reason you are even in business is because there is so ridiculously high demand for houses. As soon as that decreases, you will have to rely on your customer service and then I hope you go bankrupt very quickly. Outright scandalous.

We have rented an apartment from them for 11 years. They were always helpful and were always ready to help us. Sincere thanks for everything!

Pauper business. If you're thinking of renting here, think very carefully whether you want to get into this water with us. When you break the lease, it takes forever before you get your (much too high) deposit back. Moreover, they constantly come up with reasons to keep the deposit, and if you want to speak to someone on the phone, they're never there. Last week I left my name and phone number twice and I still haven't been called back. Repairing a front of an IKEA kitchen + an IKEA fridge they ask no less than 1000 euros!! Completely weird when you've almost completely renovated the house. I should actually get money for that. The deposit return period of a month is over. Sort out your shit and pay back my deposit, in a proper way, where you can keep some of the deposit, but it needs to be realistic.

I have rented an apartment for almost 10 years. They responded to every e-mail. They repaired everything I reported. They even returned the deposit. I am very satisfied.

Don't do it!

Based on research and experience, it can be stated that this is an incompetent company that only wants to make money at the expense of others. This company has no respect for the law: they do not put the handover of a rental property in writing. They ignore the obligation to refund the deposit, which should happen within two weeks, the legal period. This is a thoroughly contemptible company full of malpractice. They also make use of fake accounts to boost their reviews! This is a warning that you must not ignore. It's time to drag these scoundrels to court!

I am satisfied with the repair of my faucet

I have been living in a property since 2015 which Cornerstone took over in 2019. I have been living there for 2.5 years during a renovation, I never filed any complaints about noise nuisance or asked for compensation. I have a fixed rental contract and now they are trying to get me out because I have a low rent, and when I leave the rent will go up. During the renovation I had to temporarily move upstairs which caused them to damage or throw away a lot of my personal belongings without permission. They also made changes in my house without permission, they said it was only to make it fire-safe but in the meantime they made more changes. Which has caused me to now have a shortage of space in my house. They also broke my lights, they keep flickering. The contractor says every time that he will fix it but we are already half a year further! Also, a window in the kitchen is broken since 2022 (crack) and they do nothing about it. And there is a crack in my bedroom window, and they want to shift the responsibility onto me and ask for 1300 euros for it, while it is a thermal crack which you can easily see! They are indeed only after money! As I can read in many reviews! The landlord has even blocked me and Cornerstone ignored me for months until I sent them an official letter, exactly one day later I received a mail from them that I have to pay for the damage of my window, but on all my emails about the damage they caused me I never received an answer!

Nice landlord, no problems

The employees are not very good at what they do. There's so much going on! The staff aren't completely healthy, they don't understand anything, communication is difficult and you always have to ask for a refund, while I renovated the apartment as new!!! The employee also almost made me lose 300 euros for a fridge door after 10 years of living there. Haha, Marteen, good luck with your work! Problems with everything, it's even difficult for them to repair something, everything at their own expense. Bye

lekkage voor meer dan 8 maanden gehad werd. niet geholpen pas toen ik stopte met huur te betalen werd er opeens wel wat gedaan. Maar de schade die ik heb opgelopen is zogenaamd niet hun probleem.

Goede en snelle service. Vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de telefoon. Vriendelijke monteur, die snel op de afspraak kwam. Er is rekening gehouden met mijn werkdagen.

Snel en duidelijke app! Veel opties, en fijn contact via app of mail over de aankomsttijd . De gehele procedure netjes op de hoogte gehouden kwa datum en tijd. Dit is erg fijn! Professionele monteur en nette afhandeling. Dankjulliewel!

Zeer goede service, werk snel en efficiënt uitgevoerd.

Wat een waardeloos huis! Na tien jaar huren is er een stuk van ons plafond afgebroken, een slecht plafond van jaren geleden. We hebben het sinds november niet kunnen laten repareren, en we hebben twee kinderen thuis. We hadden een afspraak gemaakt voor 7 maart om het plafond te laten repareren. Er is niemand komen opdagen. Het plafond in de woonkamer zit helemaal vol scheuren... De ramen zijn een grote puinhoop. We hebben in november ook al een verzoek tot vervanging ingediend, maar ze hebben niet gereageerd. Ze behandelen mensen als vuil.

Pas op, als je de woning weer uit gaat krijg je na jaar nog steeds rekeningen binnen voor stookkosten en servicekosten. Ook al draai je alle knoppen dicht zeggen ze nog steeds dat in de woonkamer en slaapkamer de verwarmingen aan stonden. 4 mensen die ik ken en precies hetzelfde probleem hebben gehad. Denk je weg te zijn van die oplichters, achtervolgen ze wel met andere bedenksels om geld van je af te troggelen.

De service is vreselijk, het personeel is onbeleefd en luistert niet, ze beantwoorden geen e-mails en hangen de telefoon zomaar op.

Echte huisjesmelkers. Alles incasseren maar niets onderhouden. Sociale huurwoningen worden opgekocht om ze te verhuren voor €1300 per maand terwijl ze alleen de buitenkant aanpakken. Alles van binnen is verrot. Alle woningen zitten vol met schimmel. HUUR HIER NIET.

Zeer slechte ervaring met Metterwoon Onderhoud bij Metterwoon is ronduit ondermaats. De woning verkeert in een armoedige staat met verrotte kozijnen en serieus schimmelgevaar. Ondanks meerdere telefoontjes en e-mails wordt er totaal niet gecommuniceerd. Beloften worden niet nagekomen en er wordt zelfs over zaken heen gejokt. Wat vooral kwalijk is: Metterwoon neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor de staat van de woning. Problemen worden vooruitgeschoven of genegeerd, terwijl het hier om serieuze gebreken gaat die de gezondheid in gevaar kunnen brengen. Een professionele en betrouwbare verhuurder hoort klachten serieus te nemen, onderhoud tijdig uit te voeren en transparant te communiceren. Helaas is daar bij Metterwoon geen sprake van.

Ik woon in een pand van Metterwoon Vastgoed B.V. in Leipzig, Duitsland, en ik wou dat het andere eigenaren had. Het gebouw raakt langzaam in verval omdat er niets in wordt geïnvesteerd. Dat is jammer.

Voor het eerst moeten bellen met Technisch Beheer. Wat een ontzettend onbeschofte man. Terwijl ik nog vriendelijk bedankte voor de hulp die ze hadden geregeld en daar een kleine vraag over had. Ik weet niet wat hier aan de hand is maar deze mensen lijken er echt op uit te zijn je te laten janken aan de telefoon.

Bespaar jezelf de moeite.

Als je probeert Engels te spreken, wordt de verbinding verbroken.

Als je mailt dan krijg je geen reactie

Geld wolven. Geen onderhoudt aan hun panden maar wel dikke huur vragen.

Ik kreeg niet het beloofde terugbelverzoek. Ik moest ze de volgende dag zelf bellen en werd niet vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Top bedrijf, heeft mij enorm geholpen in het vinden van een passende woning. Na een zoektocht van een aantal maanden, een compleet gerenoveerde gevonden via Metterwoon. Dankjewel!!!

Goede ervaringen met deze verhuurder. Reageren altijd snel op contactverzoeken en heb simpelweg een goede tijd in mijn woning gehad.

Fijn dat ik zo snel een woning had maar als ik had kunnen wachten , had ik deze woning overgeslagen. Raam is al sinds ik hier woon ( 2025 )kapot, wordt niet gemaakt. Dit is namelijk volgens de organisatie niet mogelijk. Hierdoor veel tocht in de woning en in de winter erg koud. In reactie van hun te zien, dat dit mijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid is. Maar een raam wat scheef is, kan ik niet recht maken. Zeker niet een raam wat ook niet dicht kan.. Dit is een gebrek vanuit de huurder. Bijna alle klussen die ik opgeschreven heb om te doen, heb ik zelf moeten oplossen. Waaronder reguleren van de warmte van de douche, lekkage van de kraan. Reguleren van de warmte kan volgens hun reactie: via de CV. Ik had geen CV in mijn woning, maar elders in het complex waar ik niet bij kon. Douche loopt niet goed door, continu sta je in een bak water tijdens het douchen. Ontstoppen van de douche: meerdere keren gedaan, alleen zonder resultaat. :) Toilet spoelt niet goed door, soms een emmer water moeten gooien zodat het vuil wel weg spoelt. Vanaf 1e dag zwarte schimmel ontdekt bij de ramen, gemeld maar dit moest ik zelf even oplossen.. vrij bijzonder als je net 2 min daarvoor de woning betreed als nieuwe huurder. Enkel glas, continu mensen aan het laden/lossen naast de deur waardoor veel geluidsoverlast. Voordeur van het portiek staat veel open waardoor er dus ook ongenodigde mensen binnen komen en gaan rondhangen in het complex. Hoge huur, weinig comfort.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na lang zoeken heel gauw een woning gevonden

Meerdere keren geholpen door Living Today aan een woning in het centrum van Leiden. Fijn contact!

Na een lange zoektocht naar een huurwoning heb ik met veel (verhuur)makelaars contact gehad. Voor mij steekt Living Today daar met kop en schouders bovenuit. Ze zijn telefonisch goed bereikbaar en reageren snel en duidelijk via de mail. Communicatie is goed en afspraken worden nagekomen. Dit gaf me veel vertrouwen tijdens die stressvolle periode. Via Living Today uiteindelijk ook aan een huurwoning gekomen. Kortom: absoluut een aanrader.

Wij hebben afgelopen 1,5 jaar een woning gehuurd bij Living Today. Dit is alles behalve goed gegaan. Wij hebben er geen maand gezeten dat er niks aan de hand was... Nu hebben wij vanaf 1 feb de huur opgezegd, maar zijn er nog verschillende punten waar wij een antwoord op verwachten en wij een tegemoetkoming erg op zijn plek zouden vinden. Nog geen reactie gehad van zowel Living Today als Service Today. Hieronder een aantal van deze punten... • Gedurende de eerste drie maanden van onze huurperiode hebben wij niet over een werkende verwarming beschikt. Dit heeft geleid tot een onacceptabele woonsituatie en bovendien tot extreem hoge energiekosten. • In januari 2025, net na deze eerste drie maanden, hebben wij een eindafrekening van bijna €800,- aan energiekosten moeten bijbetalen. Na veelvuldig heen en weer mailen en bellen hebben wij dit bedrag uiteindelijk toch betaald, aangezien energieleverancier Vattenfall hier logischerwijs niets aan kon doen. • Na deze periode is er iemand langs geweest om het probleem met de warmtepomp te bekijken, echter heeft dit niet geleid tot een structurele oplossing. De warmtepomp staat tot op heden nog steeds op storing. • De verwarming heeft gedurende de gehele huurperiode nooit naar behoren gewerkt. Wanneer wij de thermostaat instelden op 20 graden, werd het in de woning niet warmer dan 16 graden, wat evident veel te koud is en niet voldoet aan een normale woonstandaard. • De reactie die wij hierop vanuit Living Today ontvingen, namelijk: “En wat als u de verwarming op 23 graden zet, wat gebeurt er dan?”, achten wij bijzonder ongepast en zorgwekkend. Deze opmerking slaat nergens op en wekt de indruk dat er onvoldoende technische kennis aanwezig was om het probleem serieus en deskundig te beoordelen. • Inmiddels zijn we in 2026 en hebben wij opnieuw een energierekening ontvangen waarbij wij €600,- extra moeten bijbetalen. Dit bevestigt voor ons dat het probleem structureel is en nooit adequaat is opgelost. • Tot twee keer toe is onze sleutel door Living Today kwijtgeraakt, wat voor ons veel ongemak en onzekerheid heeft veroorzaakt. • Daarnaast is onze sleutel zonder overleg of voorafgaande melding gebruikt om het appartement te betreden. Dit beschouwen wij als een ernstige inbreuk op onze privacy. • Wij hebben drie keer melding moeten maken van een lekkage, waarbij uiteindelijk schimmelvorming is ontstaan. Schimmel is schadelijk voor de gezondheid en had veel eerder en adequater aangepakt moeten worden. • Tijdens de derde lekkage was de situatie dermate urgent dat wij om 05:30 uur ’s ochtends genoodzaakt waren het noodnummer van Living Today te bellen. De reactie die wij hierop kregen was: “Ja maar mevrouw, niemand werkt 24/7”. Deze reactie achten wij volstrekt ongepast en niet passend bij een noodnummer voor calamiteiten. De combinatie van bovenstaande punten heeft geleid tot aanzienlijke overlast, stress, gezondheidszorgen, hoge onterechte kosten en een langdurig verminderd woongenot. Wij ervaren dit als structureel tekortschieten in service en zorgplicht richting ons als huurders. Ik raad dit niemand aan.

Waardeloze organisatie bestaande uit pure incompetentie en geen enkele behoefte om mensen op een waardige manier service te verlenen.

Uitstekende begeleiding bij mijn nieuwe woning!

Super blij met Living Today, wij zochten vanuit Limburg een huurwoning in de Randstad en hun hebben ons vanaf moment 1 goed geholpen. Wij werden al snel uitgenodigd voor onze eerste bezichtiging en hebben de woning daarna ook gelijk gekregen. Wij hebben hier 2 jaar met plezier gewoond, altijd duidelijke communicatie en als je opzoek bent naar een leuke huurwoning zou ik zeker Living Today aanbevelen als je snel opzoek bent naar een woning.

Ik heb mijn woning gevonden bij LivingToday! Alles verliep heel vlotjes, binnen een week na bezichtiging het contract ondertekend.

Snelle communicatie! Erg tevreden

Onlangs een woning verkregen via Living Today. Na mijn interesse kenbaar gemaakt te hebben werd ik al snel uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. Met mij nog 5 andere kandidaten. Kort na de bezichtiging kreeg ik snel het gelukkige nieuws dat ik de woning kreeg. En dat bij mijn eerste poging bij hen. Geen lange inschrijfduur of ingewikkelde processen om in aanmerking te komen voor een woning, maar gewoon reageren en heldere communicatie vanuit hen. Erg verfrissend aangezien ik al langere tijd op zoek was naar een woning via andere maatschappijen die met erg ingewikkelde en omslachtige processen werken. Bedank Living Today!
