Ditters makelaars zijn deskundig en begeleiden je als verkoper met oog voor jouw persoonlijke wensen en de lokale markt. Lees nog wel even de tekst over je te verkopen woning na, daar was nog wel een slagje te maken. Maar met de begeleiding van Ditters makelaars hebben wij kopers gevonden die begrijpen wat het betekent om een woning van een dierbare los te moeten laten. Dat maakt het proces een stuk gemakkelijker.

Ik heb een zeer positieve ervaring gehad met de verkoop van mijn huis. Vanaf het eerste moment ben ik uitstekend begeleid door Jan van Doorn en Anoushka Wijnberger. De communicatie was helder en snel, waardoor ik altijd goed op de hoogte was van de voortgang. De foto van het huis voor de verkoop is heel professioneel opgezet. Wat ik vooral waardeer is de professionele begeleiding gedurende het hele proces. Er werd actief meegedacht en ik kreeg goed advies, wat uiteindelijk heeft geleid tot een mooie verkoopprijs. Wij hebben onze hypotheek aanvraag gedaan bij Arjan ter Maat van het Ditters kantoor in Ede. En hij heeft ons heel fijn en vriendelijk geholpen. Wij zijn op die leeftijd dat we niet altijd alles in de de digitale wereld begrijpen. Dus even een belletje of appje of gewoon even langs komen was nooit een probleem. Arjan bevelen we zeker aan als hypotheekadviseur.

Alles netjes geregeld binnen korte tijd. Keurige en sympathieke begeleiding naar de notaris door zeer aardige jongeman. Neemt zeker de tijd voor je.
