Tijdens een eerste bezichtiging van een woning kennis gemaakt met Loek. Loek nam ruim op tijd contact op om te laten weten dat die woning eigenlijk al zo goed als verkocht was. Maar: kijken kan geen kwaad, en Loek leidde ons door die woning, gaf goede uitleg en was heel open. Mijn partner en ik hadden ook nog interesse in een andere woning. Helaas bleek dat de andere woning ook onder voorbehoud was verkocht, toen hebben we bij Loek aangegeven of hij ons wilde bellen wanneer de woning onverhoopt weer beschikbaar kwam. Dit bleek dezelfde dag nog het geval. Gedurende het hele traject hebben we al onze zaken (m.b.t. de aankoop, maar ook financiering) via van der Krabben laten behandelen. One stop shop is toch het makkelijkste wat dat betreft.
