Voor het eerst een huis verkocht. Fantastisch geholpen door Saen makelaars. Het contact verloopt uitstekend. Ze zijn altijd bereikbaar, en je kunt altijd terecht met vragen. Wat ik ook plezierig vindt dat alles op een leuke en niet te formele manier verloopt. Ik zou dit makelaarskantoor zeker aanraden!

Communicatie verliep niet soepel, een paar keer onjuiste informatie gekregen over o.a. de bezichtigingen in combinatie met open huizendag. Tevreden met het uiteindelijke resultaat, maar veel zelf contact moeten opnemen om informatie te krijgen en om fouten te herstellen. Gevoel dat het kantoor zich er makkelijk vanaf heeft gemaakt ( aanvraag bezichtigingen afwijzen en doorverwijzen naar open huizen dag ). Zelf moeten wijzen op voor ons nadelige tekst in voorlopig het koopcontrac…

De makelaar had niet de juiste kennis in huis en ik had het gevoel dat hij meer de belangen behartigde van de kopers ivm van mij.

Super tevreden over van de Steege. Ze zijn duidelijk, eerlijk en houden je goed op de hoogte! Na iedere bezichtiging netjes een terugkoppeling gehad. Al met al meer dan tevreden!

Een heel prettig kantoor met deskundige medewerkers, een aanrader. Er is goed naar mijn wensen geluisterd en binnen 1 week had men al meerdere bezichtigingen geregeld. Waarvan het resultaat, een vlotte verkoop, binnen een korte termijn werd bewerkstelligd.

Het was een prettige samenwerking met voldoende ruimte voor eigen inbreng. De voortgang werd goed besproken en de informatievoorziening was prima.

De slechtste ervaring van mijn leven. Ze hebben mijn geld aangenomen en niets geleverd. Ik ben in het appartement getrokken en het zat vol gebreken. Ze zouden een minimale inspectie uitvoeren, maar de hele service was een aanfluiting. Bovendien waren de medewerkers niet competent.

Despite the good first impression, they did not deliver the promised offer within the agreed timeframe – without any feedback or explanation. I even waited longer in the hope of a response, but that never came. Although unforeseen circumstances may have caused the delay, good communication and professionalism are crucial. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has led me to choose another real estate agency. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.
