It turned out to be a disappointing message and a much lower offer, you could no longer remember your own advised price for our house. Don't go into business with Nassau/ Henk van Dijck, that’s the best advice I can give. He doesn't listen to customer questions and brushes them off. He will never advise you to have a structural survey done, even if it's the best thing for the situation, because then the deal is delayed. And that's not what he wants. In short, it’s a disgrace that this man can call himself a broker, very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had to experience this firsthand.
