They are not a reliable real estate agent. They try to cover up all the problematic things about a house and pretend they know nothing. We had a very bad experience with them regarding the problems with our house after the purchase. And the problems were caused by the previous landlord, and they covered this throughout the entire sales process. When we tried to raise a flag about it, the previous landlord accused them and they acted as if nothing had happened. If you work with them, it is better to think twice!

They did a house appraisal for me. They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and sent the validated report super fast. 4 working days between my request and a well-supported report. Very pleasant and the price is also agreeable.

Since many real estate agents fall within the same price range, it was important for us to find an agent with whom we had a good connection. We came across De Wekker Real Estate during house viewings and found their showings to be the most organized. We decided to schedule an orientation meeting with their purchase agents. We had orientation meetings with several other real estate agents and found De Wekker Real Estate to have the best connection for us. De Wekker offers a free orientation meeting, and we met at their office (safely and remotely) where we were warmly welcomed by Mitchell. After a brief discussion about our wishes, we already felt a good rapport. He was friendly and made the entire process super easy to understand. He answered all of our questions. In an unusual situation, he offered support in English for me and my partner in Dutch. What I found most pleasant was that we had planned all of our own viewings for the following days, and he managed to free up time at very short notice to join us on them. Mitchell has a broad knowledge of the area and gave recommendations for other offers because it was our first home purchase. Positively surprised. I saw a 'new' name on funda selling homes in Zoetermeer. Responded and actually all responses were neat, the real estate agent understood the property, even at detail level. Neatly kept control and informed me as a potential buyer neatly. Received a call regarding my request, received an email with confirmation and documentation and was well received in the property. I would be happy as a seller if this real estate agent sells my property, keep up the good work! You will receive my offer on the property I viewed today soon.

The real estate agent really wanted to sell 2 houses at the same time. The house of our buyer and our house. This also happened. We only found out about this too late here. He simply told our buyer, 'I will sell your house for a low price' while we were negotiating. This is prohibited. Far too low offers were always made. We said that we would not accept such bids but he kept going, saying 'I am obliged to do so.' This is absolutely untrue. Other interested parties who wanted to make an offer did not get a chance because of this. That they wanted to make an offer, the real estate agent also didn't tell us. Under offer for only 1 day then sold. Afterwards sign and quickly put the buyer’s house on funda. Indeed, two birds with one stone. All in all very unprofessional. More like a kitchen salesman. It concerns the youngest of the 2.

Very unreliable, I never leave a review but I want to advise everyone against this company to save a lot of stress, time and money in an already stressful period. Appointments are not kept, communication is poor and as a customer you have to constantly call yourself when the broker does not keep his appointments. When a problem arises, no one feels responsible for solving it here, you are passed from pillar to post, the problem is placed at the feet of the client. Communication between colleagues is poor and getting in touch with the right person is very difficult.
