We konden het proces in vertrouwen uit handen geven. Aangezien het om een woning gaat die we zelf niet bewonen, konden we Nieboer de vrijheid geven om zelf te plannen. Wij hoefden weinig te regelen, wat heel fijn was.

Ons huis was (heel) snel verkocht voor een zeer mooie prijs en er is veel en goed geholpen bij de koop van ons nieuwe huis.

Since 2013 I have bought two houses through Nieboer Makelaars, one with Nieboer as the buying agent and two houses sold with Nieboer as the selling agent. My experience with Nieboer in both roles is great! Nieboer is honest and open, both to the buyer as well as the seller, their communication is excellent and for each house you have as much as possible the same contact person. Good service and pleasant reception at their office, where there is always someone present with business acumen.

After 3 attempts to view a house, we give up. First time the homeowner cancels, gone €100.00! Called in advance, we're coming from far away, by train, returning without result, €100 lighter. Second time cancelled. Third time, cancelled again. What manners! Very bad experiences with this agency.
