Already arguing with and due to the previous tenant about furniture takeover at the start of the lease.. which De Hoornse never offered but she herself took over for a reduced price. The tenant came seeking redress because they had a bad feeling about it, and this was justified. The gutter, which was already hanging on its last, completely rotten nail at the beginning, is not being replaced.. but I still have to clean up all the dirt that falls from that sagging thing onto all the other roofs.. And she would preferably like to see a “bill” for it.. Solve the cause or don’t pass the consequence on to me! When requesting (minor) repairs of worn-out parts of the property, she tries to convince you that it is “damage”. She even tries to charge you for the repair of the centuries-old sewer which lies here in the city center (I live in an apartment and share the drain with a restaurant on the ground floor and another apartment on the ground floor)… Sewers get blocked Marina and also sink or break down.
