In addition, I am now experiencing problems with the rental department, now that I want to leave the house. I would like to resell some belongings, such as the dishwasher and the gas stove. Otherwise both the new resident and I have to move these items via a rented lift due to the narrow stairwell. 2.5 weeks ago I terminated the lease so you would think they would have more information about the subsequent process. Unfortunately, I am only told that I should assume that I have to hand it over empty, they don't yet know when they will start viewing from a list of candidates and I am not allowed to suggest any candidates myself. The unhelpfulness in this situation is very annoying. I sincerely hope for an improvement in the service, but it seems likely that this company is mainly out to make easy money and profits from indirect rental and does not take responsibility because of this. Houses of landlords are also neglected as a result, so they too have a bad deal in my opinion. This company has made living in my rented apartment less enjoyable and caused extra stress.
