Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Dear Ger, that is not the correct representation of things. We guided approximately 30 viewers around the property in question. These viewers are not all registered as seekers. They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier.
