At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

Dear Bartosz, we are talking about a situation that occurred in March 2023, more than one and a half years ago. It was a threatening situation. The problem was bigger than just an issue with the neighbor. We were not clearly informed about this by you as the client. The neighbor turned out to be aggressive, threatened my employee, and we even contacted the police. For safety reasons, we stopped the assignment. In response to your question about reimbursement of start-up costs, we explained to you that these are third-party costs that we are allowed to pass on to our clients in such cases. We offered to make the produced marketing material available to you, but this offer was not accepted. After this explanation, you came to our office to pick up the keys and did not discuss this topic any further, leading us to assume that our explanation was accepted. We regret seeing this now in Google reviews after 1.5 years. If you would like to talk about it further, we are always open for a conversation.

06 Jul 2024We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. 26 Aug 2024During our search for a home, we viewed a property that was for sale with Illze real estate agency. The way we were received and informed during this viewing really appealed to us. This house didn't become it because it did not meet our wishes, but we experienced the contact with Ilse as very pleasant. Because of this, at a later time we approached Ilse again to help us find a home as a buyer's agent. Both Ilse and Patrick informed us well and responded quickly, for example via the group app that was created for us. Ultimately, we chose a new build outside the working area of Illze real estate agency, but despite this, we can certainly recommend the services of Ilse and Patrick!

25 Nov 2024I cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

05 Jan 2025The house that we bought had many problems of which we were not aware and we should have heard this from the real estate agent and the seller, which was not the case and we reported this to the agency, but they did nothing for us and said you should have understood it yourself. You would solve this. We received no help from the real estate office, if there is a law that after buying a house, if problems arise of which you were not aware, you can go to the real estate agency and ask for help and compensation, but we did not receive any assistance or guidance in this regard. I have a question whether they treated us like this because we are foreigners, and whether they treat other people like this, I am in any case completely dissatisfied with them and they were not honest towards us and the responsibility they have towards us. They didn't do what they should have done.. I tell everyone (They are irresponsible and careless in their work)!

05 Jan 2025The sales process went well, actually just as it should and as you might expect. Unfortunately, the hangover came after the sale. The buyers and realtor had a relationship, and the realtor had also sold the buyers' house. As a result, the realtor was not impartial afterwards and did not advocate for my interests at all. That was very unpleasant and unprofessional, making the whole process feel terribly unsettling in retrospect.
