De ervaring was echt goed en Bas heeft ons in elke fase van het proces geholpen.

Vanaf de allereerste ontmoeting was de professionaliteit en diepgaande kennis van Patricia Bosma-de Munk over de Utrechtse vastgoedmarkt direct duidelijk. Ze kende de buurten, de nuances, de valkuilen en de kansen. Ze begeleidde ons bij elke stap met een stille zelfverzekerdheid en expertise. Maar wat Patricia echt onderscheidde, was hoe ver ze ging over wat we ooit van een aankoopmakelaar hadden verwacht. Ze anticipeerde op vragen voordat we ze zelf hadden bedacht, wees op details die we zelf nooit zouden hebben opgemerkt en behandelde elke complexiteit met de kalme, bekwame elegantie die alleen voortkomt uit oprecht talent en passie voor dit werk. En toch voelde ze, ondanks al haar professionaliteit, nooit 'alleen maar' als onze makelaar. Haar warmte, haar geduld en haar oprechte betrokkenheid bij het vinden van de juiste woning voor ons, gaven ons het gevoel dat we een vertrouwde vriendin waren die toevallig alles van vastgoed afwist. Ze vierde met ons mee, stelde ons gerust in onzekere tijden en gaf ons het gevoel dat we haar enige klanten waren, zelfs toen we wisten dat dat niet zo was. Als u een woning koopt of verkoopt in de regio Utrecht, hoeft u niet verder te zoeken. Patricia is precies de persoon die u aan uw zijde wilt hebben. We zijn ontzettend dankbaar en heel erg blij in ons nieuwe huis.

Robbert de makelaar VanHuyse heeft mijn appartement verkocht. De ondersteuning van Robbert is echt perfect. Hij denkt mee en ziet ook zaken die nog niet aan de orde zijn, maar wel belangrijk om dat mee te nemen. Dit voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming zodat alles op orde is. Robbert neemt van tijd tot tijd contact op om de voortgang te bespreken. Als er personen in mijn omgeving een makelaar zoekt, dan zal ik met 100% overtuiging zijn naam doorgeven.

Het contact verliep prima. Altijd goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Iedereen wens ik zo'n goede makelaar toe!

Wij kenden Sietske al van de aankoop van ons vorige huis en zijn blij dat wij haar ook nu weer gevraagd hebben ons te ondersteunen. De begeleiding is het proces is weer erg fijn geweest. De potentiële kopers hebben een goede begeleiding gehad tijdens de bezichtiging. De foto,s en de presentatie waren goed. Mooie brochure. Ik kan Staals van de Laar aanbevelen.

De makelaar weet waar ze mee bezig zijn. Het contact loopt zeer soepel, geen vraag is teveel en ze zijn goed bereikbaar.

Vincent heeft ons heel goed geholpen tijdens het eerste hypotheekgesprek, het uiteindelijk regelen van de hypotheek en fijn en duidelijke uitleg over alles wat daarbij komt kijken. Nogmaals bedankt! Ook de makelaars hebben ons top geholpen met alles!
