Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over KK Amsterdam. Dankzij hun hulp heb ik zonder problemen mijn droomhuis kunnen huren. De vriendelijke en professionele makelaars zorgden ervoor dat het hele proces, van bezichtiging tot sleuteloverdracht, soepel en duidelijk verliep. Ze reageerden snel en waren altijd op tijd, waardoor ik me tijdens het hele proces op mijn gemak voelde. KK Amsterdam bracht me bovendien in contact met de energieadviseur (gratis), waardoor ik mijn nutsvoorzieningen in een mum van tijd kon regelen.

We were supported throughout the entire rental process by Lyte, Klass and Bianca, and I am sincerely convinced that they are competent, experienced and helpful. They supported us from our first visit to the apartment up until the completion of the contract with the owner. Therefore, I wanted to write this review for everyone who needs help finding an apartment in Amsterdam. The process can be difficult, especially for expats who do not speak Dutch, but KK Amsterdam is the right choice to make the entire move much easier. Once again, heartfelt thanks!

Ik heb via KKAmsterdam een ​​woning gehuurd en het team werkt super efficiënt. Het hele proces was binnen slechts 2 dagen afgerond. De check-in verliep soepel en ze konden al mijn vragen beantwoorden. Daarnaast hebben ze me geholpen met het afsluiten van de contracten voor nutsvoorzieningen, wat ik erg op prijs stel.

Normaal gesproken deel ik niet graag negatieve recensies, maar deze keer vond ik het nodig. Ik had een huurcontract met dit makelaarskantoor en ze hebben zich uiterst onprofessioneel gedragen: het contract was niet op tijd klaar, het duurde extreem lang voordat we op onze e-mails reageerden... Uiteindelijk is het me alleen gelukt om contact te houden met de eigenaar, die overigens een erg aardig persoon was :). Helaas moest ik ook na mijn verhuizing nog met ze te maken krijgen. Hoewel mijn huisgenoot en ik twee dagen lang het huis perfect hadden schoongemaakt, brachten ze ons toch 10 uur schoonmaak in rekening (ik heb echt geen idee wat ze in die tijd gedaan hebben), wat uiteindelijk neerkomt op €150 + €50 voor schoonmaakmiddelen (€50!! Ja, je leest het goed). Gierig en onprofessioneel, dat is wat dit makelaarskantoor het beste omschrijft. Ze doen er alles aan om je op te lichten, dus als je ze kunt vermijden, doe dat dan! Overigens betekent KK poep in het Frans, wat ik een treffende omschrijving vind. (Mijn bericht werd verwijderd omdat ze hun bedrijfslocatie hebben veranderd, maar aangezien ze hun werkwijze niet hebben aangepast, wil ik ervoor zorgen dat andere mensen niet het slachtoffer worden van oplichting.)

Over het algemeen verliep het huren van het appartement erg snel en soepel. Vanaf het moment dat ik de aanvraag indiende tot aan de sleuteloverdracht, reageerden ze snel en waren ze erg behulpzaam met al mijn vragen en onderhandelingen. Ik wil in het bijzonder het uitzonderlijke werk van Lyte benadrukken; zij heeft het meeste papierwerk en alle vragen zeer goed en efficiënt afgehandeld. Het enige "probleem", hoewel niet echt een groot probleem, was dat ik het gevoel had dat de sleuteloverdracht wat gehaast en onvoorbereid was op de volgende punten: 1. We konden de berging van het appartement niet vinden en het duurde een paar dagen voordat we erachter kwamen waar deze zich bevond. Dit was echter geen groot probleem. 2. Er zaten gaten in de muur van de woonkamer die niet waren gedicht door de vorige huurder of het makelaarskantoor/de eigenaar. Gelukkig werd dit wel vermeld in het schaderapport bij de sleuteloverdracht. De rest van de sleuteloverdracht en de ondersteuning daarna verliep prima. Ik ontdekte een schadegeval na de sleuteloverdracht en ze hebben dit snel en professioneel opgemerkt en erkend. Ik kan nog niet spreken over de problemen met uitchecken en schoonmaken die andere recensenten hebben genoemd, aangezien ik er net ben ingetrokken. Het is echter heel gebruikelijk om altijd een professionele schoonmaak te laten uitvoeren vóór een nieuw huurcontract, zelfs als de vorige huurder alles netjes heeft schoongemaakt. Ik raad je daarom aan om hier altijd rekening mee te houden en dit ruim van tevoren met zowel het makelaarskantoor als de eigenaar te bespreken om zoveel mogelijk problemen te voorkomen.

Finding a rental apartment in Amsterdam can be stressful, but this was a piece of cake. A real recommendation.
