I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

Unfortunately, no honest broker. Had a few bad experiences. Doesn't pass on bids, for example, if he doesn't like them. Communication is not transparent. Does not honour made appointments. Violates the code of honour of the nvm realtor right before your eyes! I would advise to never, but really never trust this broker. This broker doesn't think along with you, but only in his own lane.
