Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Op basis van onjuiste informatie van hun makelaar heb ik een bod gedaan op een woning, dat werd geaccepteerd. Ik heb vervolgens kosten gemaakt voor een hypotheek, aannemers en een taxatie. Pas na twee weken — en na meerdere keren zelf achteraan te hebben gebeld — bleek uit de verbouwspecificatie dat niets van wat de makelaar mij had verteld mogelijk was in dit pand. Ik was genoodzaakt mijn bod in te trekken. Hendriks heeft op geen enkel moment excuses aangeboden, noch enige compensatie voor de kosten die ik op basis van hun foutieve informatie heb gemaakt. Communicatie was gedurende het hele traject ondermaats. Ik raad niemand aan dit makelaarskantoor in te schakelen.

Advice for fellow house hunters: Before you go view, agree with the real estate agent how long the viewing will take and what time windows are attached to the property to make an offer. I viewed a house today, had less than 10 minutes time to view it. Then I was sent away because the next person was coming. With the message: make an offer by tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. How can you ever make an offer on a house in less than 24 hours time based on a viewing of just under 10 minutes? I think the real estate agent should have informed me about this beforehand. This feels like a waste of time to me. If I were to come across another property from this agent that I'm curious about, I would first ask how much time I get for the viewing and how much time I get to make an offer. That prevents me from taking time off work, going somewhere where afterwards I can't do anything with it. If I had known beforehand that the viewing would be so short and that I have to make an offer within 24 hours, I wouldn't have come along. A very strange experience.
