I've been following you for a while now and really hope to rent a suitable house.

Terrible office with terrible communication. The first time I met them at the office, it was to pick up my keys. The person who handled my case found it funny to joke around with me and say they didn't have the keys. After two hours of driving, I found that not funny. They also hesitated to charge you for things that are not legal. I had to call a lawyer once to stop them, because they made a mistake in the contract that prevented them from increasing my rent. Actually, they are never allowed to increase my rent and yet they tried a few times. The only time they were nice and professional was when they called to ask when I planned to move, because the landlord forced them to pay the difference that they couldn't charge me. With their attitude and behavior, I would gladly live here for another 20 years with a frozen rent 🤗

We were able to buy a wonderful house in Amersfoort with great pleasure and success, thanks to the help of Arne Hopstaken. It was an educational search process, during which Arne let us experience the process and so we arrived at the right location, property, and offer. We are very grateful and if we ever make another move in the area, we will definitely knock on Arne's door!
