Whenever I had questions/comments throughout the entire process and asked Felix via an app, I received a very quick response. This happened several times in the evening and even on weekends! I had brief contact with Bianca and received a neat and quick, clear feedback. She is open, transparent and likes to think along where needed (and feasible of course). Short note: “DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!” They just want to deceive and fool you, they will try to win your trust and then show their true selves. (They deducted 1500 euros of our money without any reason) In our case we had an apartment of 45 square meters that we rented from them, firstly they accepted nothing that we asked to bring. They gave us the apartment with parking space, without a parking space for the same price (overbidding). They wanted to charge us 250 for just electricity and water contracts when we got there! The worst thing happened when we checked out, their employee checked out in advance and assessed everything, she said oh everything is so clean and good and took pictures and spoke with us and gained our trust. So we dropped the keys and accepted the check-out without being present, so that we could go to our next location, they charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine that they charged 600 euros for cleaning a very clean apartment that we returned to them? Or for a chair of the lowest quality from Ikea costing 13 euro which was slightly scratched, they charged 170 euro! Absolutely nothing, and this value was deducted from our deposit, so we had to hire a lawyer and do a lot of back and forth, and then they paid back half!! We didn't want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful or don’t work with them!

I found Bianca Combee completely untrustworthy and very unprofessional. After I hired a lawyer and legal proceedings were started against her, she eventually reimbursed my deposit and brokerage fees. It's really a shame because she was very friendly and helpful at first, and as a small broker, I wanted her to succeed. Unfortunately, she illegally charged brokerage fees while working on behalf of the landlord and then tried to withhold my security deposit for damaged items that were never mentioned in the signed check-out report when I left the apartment. Knowing that I would be leaving the Netherlands on the day of check-out, she fully exploited this situation and retained a large percentage of my deposit and became offensive and arrogant in her emails to prevent me from contacting her. I would like to warn everyone to avoid Bianca Combee Housing Services and seek out a professional broker you can trust. I also suggest contacting the Amstelveen Housing Service, which has received many complaints against Bianca Combee’s Housing Service due to unprofessional conduct. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

Quite dissatisfied with Sterk! Brokers. There were amounts in our agreement that were never verbally or in writing agreed upon. Spelling mistakes and other sloppiness in the documents. Be sure to check everything carefully!

Unfortunately, dramatic experience with Skender. I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

Does what he says and says what he does. Pleasant contact throughout the entire procedure. I find the minimum limit of letters a bit nonsensical. Quality can also be indicated in fewer words.

When buying the house, Remco from Sterk! Makelaars was involved. Nice guy. With the sale, now 2 years later because we wanted a home with a garden, he helped us again top-notch with the sale of the apartment. Good advice and everything arranged quickly!
