My experience as a potential buyer: not great. Viewing almost a favor and limited to 15 minutes. Waiting outside until the previous viewers are finished, and then the next viewers are already waiting behind you. Inside a young man who didn't know how to tell anything and also didn't bother to show the property and VVE facilities further. So I had to explore on my own before that.
