Ik ben het volledig eens met alle positieve recensies over AREA. Ik schrijf deze recensie in het Engels om meer potentiële klanten voor AREA te bereiken, ook al ben ik zelf Nederlands. Ik werk sinds ongeveer 2012 met AREA, en met name met Mick, en ik heb veel plezier beleefd aan de diensten die AREA aanbiedt: advies over hypotheken, ondersteuning bij de verhuur van mijn appartement (screening van kandidaten etc.) en uiteindelijk ook de verkoop ervan. Het totaalpakket dat AREA aanbiedt, maakt hen uniek. Mick is iemand bij wie je je op je gemak voelt, ook al waren sommige van mijn vragen soms erg basaal, voortkomend uit een gebrek aan marktkennis. Hij geeft je het gevoel dat je gewaardeerd wordt en hij heeft het vermogen om zich te richten op wie je bent en wat je specifieke behoeften zijn. In mijn geval heeft hij zich ook echt verdiept in het appartement dat ik eerst verhuurde en later verkocht. Deze kennis, die hij in de loop der tijd heeft opgebouwd, heeft enorm bijgedragen aan een succesvolle verkoop! Persoonlijk vond ik het prettig om even langs te kunnen komen voor een kopje thee en de mogelijkheden voor een hypotheek, verhuur en verkoopstrategie te bespreken.
