Graag wil ik toelichten waarom ik een 1-sterrenbeoordeling heb gegeven, aangezien het makelaarskantoor suggereerde dat deze "onterecht" was. Mijn beoordeling heeft niets te maken met de uiteindelijke beslissing van de verhuurder; ik begrijp volledig dat verhuurders de uiteindelijke keuze maken. Het probleem was het gebrek aan communicatie en professionaliteit van het makelaarskantoor gedurende het hele proces. Hier is een chronologisch overzicht van mijn ervaring: • Woensdag: Ik heb een bod uitgebracht en kreeg te horen dat ik donderdag of vrijdag bericht zou krijgen. • Vrijdag: Ik heb gebeld voor een update. Niemand belde terug. • Maandag: Ik heb een e-mail gestuurd. Ik heb nooit een reactie ontvangen. • Dinsdag: Ik heb opnieuw gebeld en kreeg te horen dat de verantwoordelijke medewerker "erg druk" was en dat ik later nog eens contact moest opnemen. • Woensdag (een week later): Ik heb opnieuw gebeld en eindelijk de medewerker bereikt. Hij beloofde diezelfde dag nog contact op te nemen met de verhuurder en me 's avonds een update te geven. Ik heb echter nooit een e-mail of telefoontje teruggekregen.
