Summary of the following: As a broker, Mr. Hage does excellent work. However, in personal interactions, I find him very unpleasant and unprofessional. ADDITION Original paragraph removed as an olive branch towards Mr. Hage. Hopefully, he will finally leave me alone now. The word 'angry' is rather distorting. Rather cautious because it, in my opinion, came out of the blue. You yourself only realized after years that you hadn't sent the invoice and carelessly sent a payment request. There was no attempt to evade payment; I wanted to check it first and then requested whether it was possible to pay in installments due to some financial setbacks. The claim that there has been an attempt to avoid payment is a demonstrable falsehood, it is a lie. But, fair is fair, the initial contact went reasonably friendly. That was until I indicated to you that the errors in your emails raised red flags for me. It's not so strange that I then sought contact. Note well, on my way to the address of your office, I pass several real estate agencies where one can simply walk in for a chat. I have tried to be nothing less than polite, even after you exploded at me. That was the moment, after payment, that I indicated that I would block you. Of course, we cannot prove anything to the reader of these reviews regarding telephone contact etc. The only thing I can say about that is that I can't stand it with you until I lose my patience myself. But it’s telling that you are now again dealing underhanded blows. Your slander is downright reprehensible. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used the services of this broker several years ago. Experienced as top-notch at the time. However, the invoice was not sent then, something that remained unnoticed on both sides for a long time. Eventually, Mr. Hage contacted me to rectify this. Of course, as it should be. However, incorrect information appeared repeatedly in the emails. Relatively minor, the invoice contained outdated information and the emails were incorrectly addressed several times. When I personally sought contact to speak with the person behind the emails (a check to verify if everything was okay), I was spoken to quite aggressively. Subsequent emails also dripped with malice.

We were heard and seen because Hendrik Jan realized the perfect match between the seller and buyer. He can listen well between the lines, which made things very pleasant.

Contact with HJ is easy, he always makes time for you. When selling our house, he had good tips, which meant it was sold quickly.

Hendriks was our purchasing agent. Initially, I noticed enthusiasm, really thought we would be helped. But we take a purchasing agent in the arm because we know too little about Apeldoorn, about the condition (does a house meet the standards of this time) of a house, to prevent us (over 60s) from sitting too high on a pink cloud. And so with facts comes. It may be a house with a heat pump, but the conditions for a heat pump are not met. Stronger, now that we live there, we find out that the extension from 2011 (no building plans, may have been built in Apeldoorn without a building permit at that time (unknown to us)) has floor heating where the pipes are 15 to 20 cm apart. That does not draw the heat pump and there is no radiator (in fact nowhere in the lower floor) in this room. However, there is a wood stove. We now have to burn it all day long with code red (what are we doing to the environment). Also, the heat pump is on the extension. What we now find out is that this has no concrete roof but wood. So it functions as a soundbox and we now enjoy the TRRRRRILLLLLLINGEN for days. We are more than six tons poorer and completely in the shit. Scandalous that older houses are just handed out like sweet bread. That real estate agents (both purchasing and selling) make sure that this comes with high prices. This house had an energy label C. This house costs a ton more than our previous house (energy label A++) and now have four walls with a roof where a heat pump is installed that does not provide enough warmth and two wood stoves that actually should not be used due to almost every day code red. Also, the house has been technically inspected, but these things do not come to light. Four and a half tons would have been very neat for this house. But according to the purchasing agent, no one is underbidding in this neighborhood. ??????? I think we should knock on 'MAX helps' door. Do not take a purchasing agent. Do not do a technical inspection. Use your common sense and investigate the condition of the house yourself before buying. January 22, 2025: what makes it even worse is the cold weather. In the kitchen, it does not get warmer than 14 degrees. 'In the morning when getting up, the temperature is even lower there. The Daikin outdoor unit from 2022 is frozen and does not defrost itself. This should be fixed. RAMP, RAMP, RAMP December 2025: do not buy a house from 1930 that has not been properly renovated and is for sale at a high price. It is not good without getting moisture. However, let the extension be renovated/insulated, but adjustments for ventilation are not financially feasible.

Mr. Buurman lies and does not honor appointments. If you find that pleasant when buying or selling a house, you should definitely choose Buurman.

Mr. Buurman purchased a car from us and traded in his own vehicle. During the inspection, it appeared that the control arms of his trade-in vehicle were due for replacement. After consultation and with his agreement, we had these works carried out. The arrangement was that Mr. Buurman would pay the costs for this. To date, however, we have not received any payment. Despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and repeated assurances from his side, further response remains absent. We are sorry that it has come to this, but feel compelled to share this. We prefer a neat solution, but you unfortunately leave us no other choice in this way. We request you to please pay us.

Jose is very happy to get our house for sale but during the sale it turns out that she did not read the deed properly and therefore claims to viewers that there is a right of way, while this is not the case. The text and photos of the brochure are good, but Jose otherwise drops more balls. For example, the office is poorly accessible and there is no replacement available during Jose's illness. Jose was not open to a feedback discussion about how to proceed...She would terminate the assignment. Ultimately she does not do this last thing and a viewer is already scheduled. Unfortunately, Jose forgets to inform us in the usual way that the viewer has cancelled the appointment. Because I unfortunately also suffered a broken back during that period, getting the house ready and leaving the property is of course difficult, so we decide to temporarily take the house off the market. After this, we were confronted with a very angry Jose who no longer wants to cooperate anywhere. We received rude texts asking if she would send us the photos of our building for which we had neatly paid. In the meantime, we have decided to put the property that we purchased through Jose on sale as well, but unfortunately we no longer have the brochure. When we asked Jose if she would send us the sales brochure for this property, we received a negative answer again. Jose considers herself very professional. I think you are only truly professional when you can remain correct and polite even after terminating an assignment. If you disagree with Jose, you apparently become her enemy and encounter solely obstruction. This behavior seems very childish to us. Ultimately, we still found the brochure ourselves on the computer. This means that her pure obstruction is completely useless and nonsensical.

We know José Ligtenbelt (Stipt Makelaardij) as a selling and buying real estate agent and are impressed by her commitment and reliability throughout the entire (sale) process. José is committed to the house, but even more so to the (future) residents. She thinks along, helps out, is honest, gives wise advice, and combines empathy with business expertise.
