Koningsstede heeft ons super geholpen bij zowel het aankopen als het verkopen van een huis. We zouden ze direct weer bellen wanneer we een makelaar nodig hebben. Er wordt meegedacht in mogelijkheden, er wordt goed advies gegeven.

De dienstverlening van dit makelaarskantoor voldoet helaas niet aan de professionele standaard die je mag verwachten. Structurele communicatieproblemen, gebrekkige voorbereiding en het ontbreken van duidelijke verslaglegging maakten het verkooptraject onnodig stressvol. Afspraken werden niet serieus genomen en essentiële informatie moest telkens actief worden opgevraagd. Wat vooral teleurstelde, was het gebrek aan professionaliteit in houding en presentatie. Dat tast direct het vertrouwen aan dat nodig is bij de verkoop van een woning. Voor wie waarde hecht aan zorgvuldigheid, betrouwbaarheid en representativiteit: dit kantoor voldeed daar in mijn ervaring niet aan.
